Banfield Pet Hospital

Valorie Vaughn was the veterinarian whom provided the worst care to my dog. Unfortunately I can't disclose his name due to settling things in court. But thanks to her and some of the staff members my dog Passed away. I truly hope with the bottom of my heart that she's no longer in practice. If she is may she think of the negligence and lack of care she provided to our dog. May she never hurt another family like she did to ours! Our family dog was healthy and strong! Everyday I think of him and what they stole from us. April whom was also one of the techs, after witnessing the video in court they should be ashamed to be in this line of field. We thank only one vet tech which till this day I never got her name because I can't ever set foot in that hospital, she showed the courage, strength and will to try everything in her power to bring back our boy.

We left Waldorf Banfield because they were HORRIBLE and started driving the 45 minute drive to Largo for our two dogs but now we deal with the SAME issues here. They keep you on hold FOREVER, if you can get anyone to answer at all, then after 20+ minutes you get hung up on or sent to the VM box and disconnected before it allows you to leave a VM. The one female Veterinarian we did see did not perform a thorough Comprehensive Exam on our male GSD because she appeared to be scared of him! He literally hides under the bench the entire time, you work with animals, chose to and yet are scared of larger breed dogs? We have problems getting appointments, appointments are cancelled and the list goes on and on. I PAY over $160 monthly for my Banfield plans and the service just gets worse and worse and we were already driving over an hour and an half to avoid Waldorf so what now? Do we have to go to Virginia to actually find a decent Banfield? This is ridiculous!

The hospital takes Exceptional care of my two babies (Sphynx Cats). The professionalism and detacation is beyond repair. I k know they are in good care nigromante dropping them off to pickup They are very knowledgeable and they meet me to mention all that has happened during their. Visit. I’m glad I found this location and my babies are also!!

I’ve been coming with my rescue dog for two years now. She is larger and aggressive with strangers, every time I’ve come in we have been treated with an abundance of patience and kindness. We’ve had two physical exams to include shots, the first time she was able to get shots but not complete the full physical exam due to her behavior. They suggested some sedatives before this last appointment and those did the trick! They weren’t expensive either (~$30 total insurance). I get a lot of anxiety hoping my dog will behave and won’t be received poorly for her behavior/demeanor but every time I come in it lessens more and more. I really appreciate all the staff and will continue to come to this location.

The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because this is second time I have an appointment with my pet for wait and they have scheduled tor drop off, when I clearly tell the person on the phone I'll wait I won't drop off. Other wise the attention is great.
