I can't express the wonderful and caring staff here. From first walking in an being greeted by Michelle, she was so patient and caring with my concerns for my Persian cat. Micheal's is wonderful and compassionate and knowledgeable. My worries for caring for my cat quickly went away. Dr. Brennan was also amazing with Huey, and she let my ask every question I had. If you're looking for a genuine Pet Hospital look know more, The love that this staff has is so genuine. Thanks so much.

Dr.McLaughlin and her team are phenomenal with my babies Quette and Dora. Elaine always give good belly rubs. Victoria staff greet you with a smile. Thank you for great customer care 😀

We take our two girls (each a 50 lb hot mess). The staff here are Super Professionals when it comes to ours, and we're amazed at how beautiful they look afterward. We only go here, nowhere else, and recommend it to all our friends and family. We have done the at-home thing and DIY, and for the results we get, it's why we return time after time. We live in the country but they're house dogs more. They sleep with us so.......it's worth every penny, including a tip.

Banfield Pet Hospital was amazing. We have had some bad experiences with previous vets with my dog so we are very nervous about seeing them, but Alicia, Michael and Dr.McLaughlin were so amazing and kind. They understood our reservations, that we were on a tight budget, and were informative about everything they were doing. They gave us all the information they could about what we needed. They saw my dog for a recurring ear infection. We also spoke to them about my dogs severe allergy symptoms she’s been showing this season. They walked us through the medicine for the ear infection and recommended cytopoint injections for her allergies. We ended up getting the injection, medicine for my dogs ear infection, and a nail trim for her long nails. My dog is also reactive so I know she is not the best patient to have, but they were so sweet to her and did not make me feel guilty for having a reactive dog. Since the treatment my dog has been happier and more lively. She is initiating play more and isn’t scared to hurt herself because of the ear infection anymore. I cannot put into words how happy that makes me. I went to them because they had an available appointment but I will definitely be going back to see them again!
