Banfield Pet Hospital

I WAS taking my service dog here. For the 2 years she was going here, every single time she needed a refill for her medicine, they had no clue that they were the ones that filled it thru their home delivery service. I even went in to the office and told them, and they still didn't know where she gets it from and they were constantly trying to tell me she was overdue. Also, every visit was rush rush rush, get in and get out. There's nothing personable in the way they do business and their prices are ridiculously high. If you want a good vet, go to Foster's Animal Hospital they are amazing. If I could rate Banfield as Zero stars I would.

I cannot say enough good things about this Banfield location. I followed Dr Beckworth from Rea Farms because once you are blessed enough to find Dr Beckworth, you follow her anywhere! The staff that are at this location with her are really just nothing short of spectacular. Always have a smile for me and my pups with a kind greeting, almost like seeing family members you haven’t seen in a minute! Lol. I know they are treating my pet like their own and it makes my heart so happy! Anytime I have an emergency they work their hardest to get my babies in and are top notch with communication, transparency and empathy! Ashley at the front is always so positive and has radiant energy you wish you could put the energy in your morning coffee everyday! It’s truly contagious. Kylie and Brittany are always so patient and magical working along side Dr Beckworth as her Vet techs I truly don’t know how I got so lucky to find such an in tune team to care for my fur babies and my sanity!!!!! The office manager, Stephanie, always stays in tune to the happenings to make sure everything runs properly and checks in with her clients when they are coming in or call in. She will be where-ever she is needed and that is pretty cool for an office manager to do! It’s not often a manager remembers your name but she remembers us every time :) Thank you Dr Beckworth and Team for being modern day superheroes we all need and love!

My baby girl doesn’t “ love “ going to the vet. But the staff at Banfield Love my baby girl. The only place I’ve ever taken her and I know she’s in good hands.

So I’ve used this location the past 12-13 years with all my dogs. They all recently went for vaccines and my eldest was getting a dental and mass removal. Dr. Burris has always been amazing. My dogs mean the world to me and I know Banfield takes fantastic care of them. I’m sure they’re tired of hearing my voice and seeing my face but not once have I ever been greeted with disrespect or unprofessional attitudes. They know my girls my name and it’s amazing to see how each staff member loves my babies. I will always use this location as they are apart of my dogs lives as well as my own. I know the day my eldest passes will be hard on me and Banfield staff as they have known her since she was 6 months old. This location is wonderful. Without a double. Thank you to Britney the vet tech (I think) and Dr. Burris for loving my girls and being all around perfect!❤️

This was my first time getting a dog fixed. I asked all the questions I needed to know. The staff didn’t tell me things like I’m not supposed to feed him before surgery and added on more charges to my total without preparing me for what’s to come. I understand that they’ve been doing this for a long time but keep in mind that it’s other pet owners that are new to this. When I went to drop him off I was not greeted right away the lady saw me and continued going to the back. I feel like some staff are rude and this isn’t my first issue with this place. Once I was criticized for a financial issue even when I had money it’s the slick comments and remarks that makes me upset. It’s also frustrating that every time I pick up the phone they find a new issue and they add the medication on to my bill and what am I supposed to say?? No I don’t want that then I look like a bad pet owner! Communication sucks and some staff sucks for my experience so far and I haven’t even been with this hospital for long. It’s the fact that they don’t give you a choice and they seem to care more about sales and money than the pets.
