My pet was taken back and I didn’t hear anything for over an hour. I checked on him around 1:35 and was told by the woman answering phones that he was being looked at and pending bloodwork. Around 2 hours later, a man claiming to be the Veterinarian stated my pet might have an ear infection. I’m not sure how that can be when he displayed no signs or symptoms of having anything wrong with his ears. The Veterinarian broke down the cost after I asked for the price, he said it’s an additional $51 to make my total $155 after everything. I agreed to this and was told I would receive a call letting me know what was found and it should take 30 minutes for the completion of the test. It was after 430p and I didn’t receive a call. I walked in, again to check on him. The male answering phones checked me out with a bill of over $200! Shocked, I asked where this came from. It turns out, they chose to recommend medication, fill it, and charge me for it all without telling me. The male at the front appeared physically irritable and began speaking to me as if I’m inconveniencing them. A woman brought my pet out and I asked about my concerns, “what concerns? I didn’t work on him so I’ll have to ask someone in the back” She asked. That’s when I asked to speak to a Manager, another woman with colored hair and glasses came out and told me everyone there worked on my pet (although the woman that brought him out said she didn’t) and I didn’t need the Veterinarian to speak to me about the matter and couldn’t speak with him anyway because he was no longer there. Shocked once again, I asked what they were doing with my pet if the Veterinarian was already gone. She wouldn’t answer but told me she could answer my questions after admitting a lack of communication between them. After surprising me with an over $200 bill and not being able to communicate where this “ear infection” came from and what took 4 1/2 hours for me to see my dog, this was a money grab. No communication about what occurred, I still don’t have an answer of why his ears and nose are running and why he’s eating grass and sticks! Then to add insult to injury, this is not the first time this has occurred. I’ve asked for a Manager to contact me about the first incident from last year, I’m still waiting on a phone call. This is a disgrace and taking advantage of pets that cannot communicate to their humans what’s wrong with them. Then to threaten me with a higher bill if I cancel is also outrageous. You all should be ashamed of yourselves to conduct business this way. Edit 14 April 2025: the “Office Manager” contacted me at 4:11pm in attempts to gaslight me into believing communication was “top notch” and my pet was “waiting on me the whole time” as if I left the parking lot. DO NOT GO HERE! They will not be truthful and charge you for things you didn’t know about. Random medical issues will occur after you leave there. This Office Manager is concerned with covering for her staff ONLY. NEVER concerned for the customers (pet and human).

I’m sorry, but this is going to be one of those “if I could give it negative stars I would” reviews!!! First, it took 45 minutes to check my dog in because apparently there’s an issue when you make your pet appointment online. The receptionist must’ve told me three times that I should have called. If your system doesn’t work, that’s not my problem. Despite the fact that my dog was having diarrhea, I was told that the only appointment I could have was a drop off appointment. I dropped her off at 10:15 AM (Appointment was for 9:30 AM). I tried to call after lunch to check on her, but nobody would answer the phone so I actually went to the facility at 2:30 PM. The girl at the front desk kept making up excuses and lies and arguing with me that their system is the best. Funny because I’ve owned dogs for 30 years and have never had any issue with regular vet appointments where you check in, see the vet, check out. Instead of apologizing for the delay, the receptionist had the audacity to tell me I could just go ahead and take my dog home if I wanted to!!!! That’s like someone walking into the ER and the doctor forgetting they were in the exam room and then just saying “oh well, don’t care about your emergency…you can just go home”. WHAT IN THE WORLD? I will never ever ever use this place again. And I will be canceling my wellness plan. I would rather take my dogs to a good old-fashioned vet!

If you love your pet do NOT take them there - I have 3 dogs and gone to this location for years and the experience I had with my new puppy I am never going back - the guy at the front is way to busy to go through things and just wants a signature- I said no to the wellness plan to him a couple of times and to the Vet - I know my fault I signed as soon as I did I said that wasn’t for the wellness plan was it and he said yes I said I didn’t want that and he said looks like the signature didn’t go through so we are fine…..that day I decided never to take my dogs there again due to the experience - I paid for a few tests and I know they were not done - my poor dog was shaking when I picked her up and it was the worst experience. I thought that was it I f then two months later I get a bill for the wellness plan I didn’t want - I called the manager they said that they couldn’t do anything and call corporate- I called last week sat on hold for 30 min - pressed 1 for a call back and no call back. Called today and I was on the phone for an hour and 20 min with no resolution- I have to wait for 24 - 48 hours for a call back from someone who might be able to help! I am beyond upset! Banfield has lost me as a customer.

Stay away from this Banfield! Took my money for an expensive test for my cat and 6 weeks later I still have not received her results. Asked for a refund and now I can not get ahold of anyone when I call and no one has called me back. Don’t bother with this location.

I just moved with my two dogs to England through the military. My orders dropped so last minute, I was struggling to get everything done in time, along with getting the dogs to potentially fly over with me. I found out Banfield can do animal health certificates. Dr Bond was AMAZING! She did well more than she had to, to get the health certificate perfect and the dogs able to fly. She made multiple calls to the UK airport and others. She even was doing some last minute stuff this morning right before the dogs flew out. We just arrived this morning and the dogs had no issues. It was so great having someone who really cared during the most stressful time of my life.
