Banfield Pet Hospital

Listen… for the last 4 days I have been worried sick about my dog, took him to the ER with no answers. But then I found a “free exam” on first visit with BanField… I STAMP this place! The Vet and Asst were so sweet, so understanding, so compassionate, the vet told me EVERYTHING she was doing why she was doing it AS she was doing it. I couldn’t afford $500 - $600 on X-rays & everything else Dogwood hospital tried to charge me, BanField checked my dog, diagnosed (for the most part) and prescribed him medication for his pain. This hospital literally put me at ease. Very easy process & the staff was just top tier. I will never go anywhere else. I will GLADLY spend $500-$600 here than anywhere else. This place saved my best friend for sure!

This Banfield is always so wonderful and so professional. You can tell they genuinely care about the well-being of your pet and aren't trying to milk a situation to get money out of you. Whenever I need an emergency visit or a routine one they are prompt with scheduling and great at communication.

I recieved a free first visit. and made an appointment for my dog. because i genuenly needed help for him. but yet they charged me for everything they did for him and did not help me with the issue.the staff at this location do not care for the animals. and are so careless they lack decent customer service. thanks. a lot banfield.

Communication is a problem here. I’m not one to leave a bad review but this Banfield does not have good communication with their customers. I’ve taken my pet to this Banfield for over 5 years. I absolutely love the staff! They are kind and very caring for my dog. The problem here is scheduling an appointment and constant cancellations. My pets appointments have been canceled so many times with no reasoning. My dog sometimes needs to be on anxiety medications before a vet appointment to ease her. I had an appointment scheduled and my dog ready to go and when I walk in there is a paper sign saying they’re closed. I was very upset and disappointed as I had to take the day off from work just to be there. No on called me, emailed me or left a voicemail to inform me of the office being closed! Many incidents like this have occurred over the years and I’ve put up with it since I love their team. When you have a scheduled appointment they will call you many times to confirm but when you’re closed suddenly no call was done?! Many customers just like me were there ready for their appointments and upset. As they should be. I have to call this office 5 times for me to actually speak to someone and not just being told to hold for over 20 minutes! I thank this team for their care to my baby over the years but I will no longer be returning here for care. Please improve on your communication skills and inform patients of changes.

I absolutely LOVE Banfield they are wonderful with my pets! They are very informative and will explain any question you may have! I have and will continue to recommend them to all my pet parent friends
