Staff is great! The exam rooms are well kept, clean. The new manager is amazing also. My cat received great care here. Our vet tech Naundi was professional and quick when we came a second time for a booster shot. A lot of great staff are here from the Downtown Bellevue location that unfortunately closed down this month. Would recommend. The front desk staff are friendly. I understand some people have an issue with the high exam fee but there’s also wellness plans for people who need routine visits for their pets. You can also use an online coupon for a first time pet visit appt.

Feb 24, 2025 · Rachel RThis is the absolute worst place to take your pets. If you care about them at all - go somewhere else!! The “wellness plan” is a scam with horrible customer service. It is not worth any money and you will have to call multiple times/wait on hold for any “assistance.” The hospital schedules appointments so close together that they cannot keep up. I feel bad cause some of the front desk staff are nice but it is a horrible system. Please take your pets elsewhere if you love them even a little bit.
Jan 17, 2025 · Ella StrangeThey neutered my dog but had given me a quote of something like $460. In the end, I was charged $823. Just be sure to not trust the initial cost given especially if it’s over the phone. They will add on tons of extra charged on top saying things like “oh but that quote must not have included the cone and the office visit charge and the medication for the dog” etc. But my dog is well so I gave 3 stars. Just wish they were more transparent about pricing because some people cannot afford that type of invoice.
Oct 31, 2024 · Lisa WongBanfield is charging for prescriptions. My poor kitty gets urinary crystals, so he is on a special diet, has been since he was a kitten. His prescription has expired and Banfield refuses to renew it without an office visit. We asked what they planned to do during the visit, were they going to collect urine samples, or run labs? They replied "no, it's just a routine visit." We told them nothing has changed, we just need a new script so we can get his food. I am not paying $300 for an office visit just to have the vet look at me cat and write a new script. Avoid Banfield at all costs.
Dec 31, 2024 · Keith Osterhoudt WA-SeattleI have no complaints about the care I've received at this location, but it is so incredibly difficult to get anyone on the phone to schedule visits that I would strongly recommend using a different Banfield in the area. I shouldn't have to call in four times over the course of a day where Im hung up on or immediately placed on hold with no acknowledgement to have a five minute phone call where I schedule a visit for my pet. I understand being understaffed, we're understaffed at my job too, but if I showed such poor service levels I'd be fired on the spot.
