Most of the reviews for Banfield on Google are fake. They are paid for and not real. Here's the real deal; Google should allow 0 star reviews because this company doesn't deserve one star. Banfield as a company engages in unethical, deceptive and misleading practices regarding their "wellness plans". It's a trap. Read every word in the contract, or better yet, have an attorney do so. I'm pursuing complaints with the New Jersey State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners as well as several consumer agencies. Just take my advice and "DON'T DO IT!". Don't take your Beloved furry family member there. And certainly don't sign up for any of their "wellness plans". There's NO value for money with those plans, and you'll have to pay out the nose to end it.

I’ve been coming here for 10 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience - if I ever did have a problem- they’ve always been quick to fix it! All the doctors are great here but Dr. Singleton is awesome! However, the entire staff has always been super attentive and they answer any questions I have even if it’s a million of them!

They misdiagnosed my dog after spend over $3000, and we had to put my baby down after three months of taking him to this location. A few days before putting him down, we took him there and she told us that he was fine.

What can I possibly say about this Banfield location other than that they are incredible. We have an elderly dog who has recurring issues. The staff is knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and understanding. They’ve gotten to know our pup so we’ll that we won’t go anywhere else. Thank you for all you do!
