Love the location and the staff. All three of our dogs go and they take great care of our dogs. I have never felt that they glance over concerns and will assist in giving me options for items such as allergy meds for my dog and not pushing for the most expensive option! They take great pride in the service and care since I’ve been taking my newest dog. My three happy banfield dogs.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Came to pick up my dog after a comprehensive exam as part of his wellness plan. Was not notified of the extreme costs of medications prior to being put on the invoice. After I saw my bill for over $650 and asked for changes to meds to decrease the overall out of pocket cost, someone approached me about rebates for one of the meds (would have been nice to know from the get go, not just when I get sticker shock!). I then heard the tech talk about me and my declination of added flea and tick to other staff as the door was open and heard them laugh. Rude, unprofessional, and lacking compassion. Never going back to this location.

They always want more money. My dog has been going to Banfield for years and every time I bring him, dispite being on the most expensive wellness plan they always want to up charge. They have for years required me to buy their tranquilizers and basically knock him out for them to see him. Granted he does have some anxiety, I agreed to this treatment. My dogs groomer never has an issue with him. Then I got a cat. Lo and behold, they want him on tranquilizers too! I’ve had many cats and this one is no different from the others. They have inexperienced techs and rely on the customers to drug their pets so they can make a buck and to make their job a little easier. My dog has gone in annually for dental cleanings as well. Every year, $1,000 like clockwork. Last year was $2,800 to remove 4 more teeth. My dog has not shown any signs of pain eating or other symptoms of bad teeth. They’re just money hungry and I’ve finally had enough. I’m off to find a local, non-corporate vet. Save yourself time and money, skip this place.

My pets have consistently recieved great care from Banfield over the last 10 years I've been taking them there. The care plans even out the financial burdent of the otherwise spikey expenses of bi-yearly checkups. I also appreciate the included yearly dental cleaning.

When our baby needed to get to the yellow brick road after a grand maul seizure they waited for us....they let us have other options with our pup doggo of 16 years and then let us have time with her before she went to the rainbow road. Thank you all for caring, giving us options, but truly giving us the right time and space to give her the proper goodbye she deserved. Thank you again for giving Alex exactly what she needed and giving her comfort in her new life enjoying the rainbow road.
