Worst experience! I made an appointment a week ago with the items I wanted to address at my cats' appointment; one, being that my cat lost a back nail which I could not see if it was infected and wanted to make sure all was okay before getting their nails trimmed and secondly, asking for a recommendation for car nausea. When I arrived to my appointment, I was told, "Oh so sorry, we can only do 1 of the 3 items you scheduled because the veterinarian is in surgery." I replied to the girl that I specifically noted these items when I made the appointment and had to make arrangements for a ride. Again, she said, "Oh, I am so sorry, the veterinarian is not available, you can leave your pet with us." I asked when would be seen and she replied at 2pm when my appointment was at 11:30am. I asked, if my cats would be seen at that time in which she replied, "Oh, I am not sure." ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I made this appointment a week ago to be told at my appointment, not before, that the veterinarian was not available at the time I scheduled. WHAT!!! That's like making an appointment to see your PCP for particular medical reasons to then be told at your scheduled appointment that they can only see you for one of your concerned items . I told the girl, who was totally clueless, that I was leaving, which she replied, "Ok" and began checking in the person walking in the door. No empathy, nothing!!! Bye Banfield, never again!

Avoid this location. Absolutely terrible management. I've had Bandfield insurance for 5 years and have been satisfied but this one is the worst I've ever experienced. To put it simply, the doctor and incompetent staff did us dirty. I will pay the remainder of my annual commitment (10 months) but take my animals elsewhere. There are much better, higher Google rated animal hospitals nearby.

I rarely post reviews but I felt lead due to the customer service i received. Yune was one of the ladies that helped my Frenchie . She went above and beyond. Extremely professional and answered all my questions without hesitation! I felt so at ease seeing this was my first puppy. She’s definitely an asset to this clinic .

The team here is amazing. They are always pleasant and efficient and show my fur baby all the love! They are very mindful of customers’ times and are very dedicated to their jobs.
