First time visitor at the Miramar location and honestly there are not enough good things to say about the front desk staff and doctors. They work with efficiency and compassion for the animals and the owners. I want to give a special thanks to Dr. Ricardo Barreto, his kindness and service to the pets are admirable. He listened to all my concerns and helped kitten feel better, God bless him. The staff truly cares for your furry friends and their health, always happy to help ❤️

Very safe and thorough office! They had a very quick appointment available and saw us in no time. They were able to perform certain diagnostic tests on site. While saving time and money we got the answers we needed and we were out the door in less than 45 minutes. I would definitely go back in the future. Being new to the area I'm glad to have found such a convenient place.

Took my dog to Banfield several times because I knew he was sick. They ran hundreds of dollars in tests to basically tell me they didn’t know what was wrong with him. We moved over the summer and I took him to a new vet who instantly diagnosed him with cancer. She was able to see his bloodwork from the Miramar location, where his white blood cell count was 54,000. How the doctors missed this is beyond me.

Extremely disappointed with the services of this clinic. We’ve chosen a wellness plan for our dog, who was like a member of our family. Doctors were really polite and kind but (!!) They did a first check-up, conducted tests and did an X-ray, but “the specialists”failed to recognize pulmonary edema!!! They simply advised us to see a cardiologist without mentioning that the situation might be urgent. And we lost our time. A month later, our beloved dog, our Leo, passed away. And now instead of apologies, the clinic is demanding over $600 from us (for the provided services) despite their obvious mistakes and negligence. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend anyone to go to this clinic if you care about your pet's health!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! We spent over a thousand dollars for continuous misdiagnosis just so we could experience the most traumatic death a dog lover could experience inclusive of CPR and driving a nearly dead dog to the ER. He was gone upon arrival! He continued to lose weight. When your expensive lab tests showed nothing, no one thought to be more aggressive. The last vet was insistent that it was thyroid. Turns out it was likely cancer according to the ER. Instead of letting him go with compassion, he suffered and we suffered. I simply can’t believe the lack of diligence the vet team displayed.
