The staff are always professional and informative with any questions I may have about our furbaby. They also confirmed about our concerns with summer heat and her stomach problems or diarrhea and how to treat it. I also would to point out that Genesis, the member I spoke was very well informed to answer my questions and a pleasure to just chit chat with.

Beware...Very rude Banfield location. First, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and had to hang up. Tried calling back 5 times, and they kept putting me on hold without talking to me. If this was an emergency situation, my dog would have been in big trouble. Of all Banfields locations I've been, this was the rudest and inconsiderate location ever.
