Banfield Pet Hospital

I have been bringing my dog for 2 years . My dog has been having hip pain and when talking to the vet she brushed it off , like bring her in so she can get more money when the occurrence happens or take her to the ER . I swear she acted like I was going to sell pet safe anti-inflammatories on a black market. I am so tired of them being uncaring about the animal, they only care about money . The doctor was also completely rude to me and my child acting like my dog was less than because she is not from a breeder but a re-homing ( my bad for caring about unwanted pets) Honestly just stay away from them….but the front office girl is always kind and helpful. Off to better Veterinarians who actually use listening skills to make choices and not money and greed !!!

UPDATE: I was contacted by Evie the day after this post, she was extremely helpful, professional and understanding. I brought my pet in today for his appointment, was greeted by Anthony and everyone we interacted with today was very nice and put the focus on our pet and made it for a decent visit. To Evie, thank you for taking your time to reach out and handling the situation, we appreciate it. Have been bringing my dogs here for years. Always very pleasant, until our last few phone calls/encounters with their front desk person Luciana. She is very rude and unprofessional. Called about an ongoing issue and wanted an appointment, but before the appointment had questions for the vet, she told me, I was to direct my questions to her (unprofessionally). I inquired about getting a refill on my prescription as well as other questions I had for the vet that she could NOT answer (which is why I wanted to speak to the vet to begin with). She said she would speak to the doctor and call me when I could pick up the prescription. My call back was of her informing me that I would need to make an appointment to see the vet and they would NOT be refilling the prescription, being upset I explained to her that my point was incurring all these additional costs (swabs) that it is ridiculous to treat an ongoing issue. I then inquired about using the prescription to get the meds through chewy where she rudely said NO, you can't, you can use your discount (nominal). After conceding and making the appointment to get my dog relief, she very sarcastically said "have a great day". After hanging up I realized, he will not be able to be checked at that appointment day and time due to the fact he recently had medicine in his ear. I called back (blood boiling) to seek another appointment where the medicine would not conflict with the swab and was met on the other end of the phone with her laughing and being extremely unprofessional. My point in this review is pet owners love their animals and unfortunately rely on the assistants of vets, vet techs to best guide them and in trying to seek relief for my beloved pet it only added unneeded frustration and stress.

My four legged family has been seen by Bansfield's caring staff ( doctors and support) since I welcomed them into my home. It has almost been 10 years!! Bansfield has been caring, supportive, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. I have no regrets in my decision to put the care of my family in the hands of Bansfield. 🫶

We have been taking our baby Zeus here since he was 5 months, he will be 3 in August. Great place for your pets. Thank You to Ivelisse Ramos for always taking great care of Zeus!!!! Always very loving and helpful!!!!

Dr. Dhole is an excellent veterinarian in caring for my dog and cat with their illnesses. Providing the details and information needed to understand the process. Along with a few staff members Jessica is awesome she is the go to person who is in charge of staff. Evie, is very detailed and knowledgeable. Bianca, has the special touch handling the animals. Laura is great in answering questions and scheduling appointments. Thank you All!
