Banfield Pet Hospital

I had a great experience on my recent trip to Banfield. Everyone member of the staff was super helpful and seem to genuinely care about the health of my cat and did everything to help him. They even called the next day for a check up. The cat is doing great now. Thanks again.

The staff is always super welcoming and they love Kenai! They accommodate my pup and cater to his needs even if he can be a little unsure/anxious at times with vaccines/needles. The care is always thorough, but quick and efficient. They are always considerate of my time. Can’t imagine establishing with another team anywhere else. Thank you for all you do!

DO NOT GO HERE. I took my six week old kitten in for a constipation issue. Multiple vet techs and a veterinarian hard-sold me an early kitten care subscription plan to take care of early kitten care services like neutering and vaccines. To date, I've spent about $800 at Banfield to resolve the constipation issue. Banfield never got to perform those early care procedures as two weeks later the kitten died from the constipation issue they could not resolve. I tried to cancel the subscription for early kitten care, and Banfield is demanding a settlement of $500 to cancel the subscription despite the fact they have not and can not perform on the services on the kitten as it is now dead due to their incompetence. Search online and you'll see I'm not alone with this issue. I can't believe they haven't been sued for not adequately disclosing the risk of paying a monthly payment for a year after your pet dies. Cross posting this since we went to the Petsmart on Commerce Drive and Hunters Green locations.

I have been bringing my pup here for years (since I relocated from Cali in 2021), and the care/attention she’s received has been unmatched by any other Banfield Pet Hospital (or any pet hospital) period. Their staff really cares, and when I come in with 1000 questions, they patiently answer every single one. I am so grateful for them, as I don’t know if my pup would still be alive without their expertise! Thank you Banfield Pet Hospital (Hunters Green)!!!

Today I went for my cat and I am thankful they were able to help with a bump she had but she had a small mole on her neck and I told them she's had those for a very long time and not to worry about it and it looks like the cut it. She was bleeding there when I asked them to not touch it. Not happy about that.
