Banfield Pet Hospital

I absolutely love this clinic. I’ve been bringing my dog here many years and the staff is exactly who you’d want to trust your pet with. From the front desk to the folks in the back, we are so appreciative of the good care they take care of our Dexter. He doesn’t even get scared going in! All of the doctors are great as well. Today, we say Dr. Hanna and in a few short moments and words he made us very comfortable. Thank you Banfield team, you guys are AMAZING. Gods work

This pet hospital has very acknowledge Doctors and they are very caring. I take my dogs here and they love it, staff is very sweet and friendly. They always make us feel like a family, Vicki is the practice manager and she's soo sweet and helpful too. All of them are helpful and nice.

Banfield has been great! Any time I take the cats in they’re always so friendly, quick service and a pleasant staff and office to deal with. Always very thorough and to the point for the care of the animal, I don’t leave feeling like I’ve been scammed into paying something else or upcharged for something that wasn’t necessary or that the cat didn’t need. I do have the animal care plan and started my first visit there with the free first visit coupon not even really intending to stay there (I needed appts for my cats asap and humane society was so booked I could not wait just cause HS was the cheaper option!) and with what care Duchess needed it worked out best to do the monthly care plan for her so she was able to get all the care she needed that day as well as preventative care visits, her normal 6 month checkups, her monthly flea medicine as well as much more, and pay for it monthly over a years time instead of paying it all at the first visit! There plans are awesome and don’t go by any kind of credit check- you just pay monthly on debit card! I’ve only been to their Hillsborough Ave location but I’m sure all the other locations are just as great.

The people here are wonderful. They really made me and my dog feel really comfortable about everything they were doing concerning my dog's vaccinations. Very friendly staff, had a wonderful experience.
