Apparently I was supposed to arrive at 4:15pm at this location even though the email confirmation they sent me said 4:30pm. So now they don’t bother to receive my dog who just got ticks on his belly because apparently I’m late even though I WASNT NOTIFIED the correct time. Apparently they were supposed to call me aswell in which I NEVER GOT. I just noticed my dog has some blood spots on his belly in which I consider an emergency but regardless they don’t care. Why do I have to face consequences WHEN IT IS NOT MY FAULT. Crazy how it is difficult to find quick and simple care for a freaking tiny chihuahua. Everything is through damn appointments at the most inconvenient times. I don’t understand how full time workers get their pets checked out when THE DAMN “HOSPITAL” CLOSES ON THE WEEKENDS. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION SINCE THESE PEOPLE ONLY WANT TO GO HOME EARLY.

Wellness plan is not insurance. We went to banfield for two years and never really felt comfortable with thier process. I think they are just too busy and more about volume.

The staff was very friendly and eager to answer any questions I had after my appointment regarding my dog Piper even right before closing hours. They were very gentle with my dog in front of me and showed great compassion and care . The receptionist was outstanding and very personable and out of all the Banfields in the area this one stood out to me as one I would gladly take my animals to again.
