Our dogs and cats are always treated with so much compassion and care individually. I love to see how all the nurses and doctors are really performing their job duties with so much love. Thanks 🙏🏼

The front desk ladies were so kind and helpful which is why im giving 2 instead 1 star. It was my first time and Dr. Basil (vet) was so condescending and rude and walked out on me because she didn't agree with my view of wanting to eliminate kibble from my dog's diet because it isn't good for dogs. She told me that kibble is balanced and she is not gonna have this discussion and walked out on us. When I explained I cook for my dog (to her credit she did give me a place to check my recipe based on my dog's information to make it balanced), She told me my dog will have kidney problems. I was adamant that I want to give my dog homemade quality food over wet canned food and kibble and she made a comment "if you want your dog to have kidney problems then go ahead." I explained to her that my dog's previous vet approved and now I'm hearing conflicting things and it's confusing and frustrating. I explained that I don't mean to come off any way but I want what's best for my dog. I did not raise my voice and I was calm but she was so condescending and argumentative for no reason then walked out on us. Very unprofessional and rude. Any reputable vet would not recommend kibble as a "balanced" diet either. Everyone knows it's not the best for dogs and would have given guidance and help with sympathy.

Missed my appointment, but was given the chance to wait for any other missed appointments. Lucky enough, I only waited for 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and understanding with my loud and energetic girl. Definitely returning and look forward to my next appointment.

Do not take your pets to this location. My dog had oral surgery yesterday and had 14 teeth extracted. My dog is now shaking and hot. I called to request assistance with my dog and the employees who I spoke to were very rude and one lady hung up the phone on me saying my dog doesn’t have an infection and the doctor at Banfield went to medical school so she will trust her recommendation. How can anyone know whether a dog has an infection without examining the dog? Infections are possible after surgery. Their paperwork even states that. This place should not be in business.

I brought in a black cat the I rescued and named him Zeus. I decided to take him here to see if he had any ongoing issues. I met Summer there and she was so awesome. Not only did she help me but also showed me ways on how to succeed as a new pet owner. I will be taking Zeus here as long as Summer is still there, she's the best!
