Banfield Pet Hospital

The lady that is working in the front desk needs to be fired immediately. She doesn’t know what she is doing. We made an appointment for Friday for a hair trim and vaccines. She didn’t check us in correctly so we missed the appointment. She rescheduled us for a drop off on a Monday, Monday comes she says they can’t preform the appointment that day so she reschedules us for today-Thursday. Show up, she’s there again COMPLETELY CLUELESS. Says they can’t see us today. She is horrible with communication, she doesn’t know how to schedule appropriately, and she is clueless as to what her job is. Horrible experience and we only dealt with her!

First time taking my puppy to the vet and they were super nice and sweet to my Eevee. I was hesitant to drop her off but when I picked her up she was totally fine even after her puppy shots.

Dr Gray has been excellent with my 15 yrs young furry senior! Excellent knowledge, advice and suggestions for his ongoing care.

My 18 yr old cat PG has Stomach Cancer. He is receiving TLC and medications to comfort him. I am thankful PG does not show signs of having pain.

I enrolled laddie in Banfield care since I got him about 7 1/2 years ago. During that time he's received excellent comprehensive care on a regular basis. However, during that time there have been "outside the norm" situations tha have been handled by all/any of the treating veterinarians and their staffs. A few years ago he was coughing/ gagging. After a consultation we realized that I had recently begun using scented candles. I stopped using them and the coughing ceased. He was infested with ticks last year which I couldn't get rid of. The doctor prescribed simpatico which did the job within a very few days. There are other things but this should demonstrate the point of Banfield services to the patients
