Banfield Pet Hospital

My dog had an appointment, and her chart notes that she is “dog reactive,” which means she should be to be taken into a room as soon as she arrives to avoid other dogs. However, when we got to the clinic, the lobby was busy with dogs coming in and out. This overstimulated my dog, making her very jumpy and anxious. I asked two assistants if we could be taken into a room, but they informed me that all the rooms were full, so we had to wait in the lobby despite her being overstimulated. This made our visit quite frustrating, especially since we switched to this clinic from the PetSmart location to avoid the high volume of pets and the issue of not being taken into a room promptly.

Connor is amazing! I called so many Banfields to see if our Sugar could be seen for a routine follow-up visit and dental cleaning under our membership plan. I reached the right Banfield when I connected with Dr. Leifker and Connor. Thank you both for the excellent service and accommodations! ❤️

Doctor Hansen and the staff are great! This stand alone pet hospital is very clean and organized! The Doctor and staff answered a myriad of questions about my pets care, procedures, and after care requirements. Awesome experience!

I've used this Banfield for years and I have had terrible experience after terrible experience. The most recent chapter? Spent 30 minutes in an empty lobby for my animals prescription only to be told the person at the front was on lunch and would be with me "shortly". After my long wait I was promptly handed the wrong prescription. Thankfully I didn't notice until I had already driven to the store to buy it. Cherry on top? The store is closed during otherwise reasonable business hours and they can't fix it. Cancelled my wellness plans for both animals and I will do the work of finding a new vet.

They are wonderful here! They take care of my cats, even when they’re being unruly, and suggest how to make their next trip better. Their pet insurance is so worth it! Unlimited visits and yearly (sometimes more) wellness checks. And discounts on medications. I love it here and my cats are well taken care of!
