Dec 27, 2024 · Jenn DelektaDO NOT get the wellness plan here!! It is quite literally impossible to cancel and is a nightmare. The vets are kind at this location but you will be sent to a black hole of never being able to cancel your plan if you're in one. I have spent DAYS and HOURS trying to cancel and now they are threatening to send me to collections even though I tried cancelling my plan a year ago.

They Reviewed All Our Questions, Updated The Necessary Vaccines. We Have Been Banfield Customers For Over 15 yrs. We Truly Appreciate Dr. Williams & Team For Their Patient & Caring Service.
Aug 04, 2024 · RoccoI only see Dr Williams here & she is the best. My dog was diagnosed with Renal Dysplasia and I've been seeing her since. She is very friendly and takes the time to chat and answer questions. I moved to Chandler and still drive to see her every 3 months.
Jul 06, 2024 · Ashley KylerI advise everyone to stay far away from this pet hospital. The staff is very rude and they will not help you at all. Unless you have an appointment, they don't even give you any general guidance so I advise everyone to stay far away from this location. There's multiple other locations out there that give far better service than this location. I've called numerous locations and had been able to speak to the doctor. (I just called and chose this location Cause it was close to my new house)And give me advice. This location makes b******* lies saying that you can't talk to the doctor which I've done it at other locations point is, they're not there to help you. Unless they have their hand in your pocket stay far away from this location. I advise to go to other locations. The staff is very rude. And I will be following up with the formal complaint with Banfield
