Dr. Phan, is wonderful, as is the staff. The prices are a bit out of what should be for a wellness plan. I've been this plan for well over a decade, and the total for what I have paid far exceeds the cost of the services my Gemma dog has been given. Do some research for yourself.

Every time I come in here the staff is absolutely fabulous! Very accommodating and loving, I feel very comfortable leaving my kitten with them. Alex is always the one up front and is never short of exceptional! Today our vet was Dr. Monica Vaughn and she definitely cared so much for Dojo Cat!! We have come here for all of his booster shots and finally did his rabies so he’s all set and every time has been a wonderful experience!

Friendly front desk person patiently answers all your question. Dr. Hobin takes time to discuss about the diagnostics, treatment and general health of the fur babies. Its a pleasure to visit this place.

Took our cat in for a neuter, the techs are fantastic. The blonde at the front desk could use some customer service training. Other than that a 10/10 experience. They even kept little Johnny's teeth and man bits for us! The wellness plan is a bit of a ripoff but they did so well with Johnny that I can't be too mad.

Banfield pet in Chandler AZ was great. I've had a couple of visits with my Yorkie, and they helped him a bunch. Then I was leaving on an rv trip to the Midwest and northeast and realized I had not gotten flea and tick prevention for my two dogs. They took care of me in a half hour. Great service. Thank you.
