Banfield Pet Hospital

My dog gets really nervous at the vet but the Banfield Kissimmee team is always so accommodating and reassuring when it comes to caring for my pet. Our Vet tech Christine and Dr. O are the best when it comes to communication and treatment. I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they do! (they even threw in a bandana for Maui after a successful visit :)

was there last month for my dogs UTI, they said to wait for the results, call back 3 weeks later was told I refused the services and nothing was sent out. they apologized for the mix up, said they were not sure what happened, rescheduled an appointment for today , where they explained that I had to pay, the urine analysis is not included in my plan. they said I only get 1 in my plan and it was used back in July. so I pretty much wasted my time coming and my dog suffered for another 4 weeks because I was not informed of this and they changed the story around saying I refused the service which I would never do. the good this is my plan exp. Nov 2 and I can go somewhere else since I already had some issues prior. the staff is great but the manager does a poor job at explaining processes.

I now have questions about this place after my experience today. I brought my dog there a while back to get him fixed but Banfield isn’t his regular veterinarian but on the weekend they are the only place near me that’s open I called to ask a question because my dog is a bit under the weather and basically I was told “they can’t give medical advice over the phone unless he’s seen” but they can’t see him till next month cause they are booked up So my concern is as the only vet open in the area do they not handle emergency cases for families that might have a pet that might get sick out of the blue

The lady at the front desk was so incredibly rude to me. I didn’t catch her name but she had tight curly hair down to her shoulders and heavy set. I drove over 45 minutes to get to my pets appointment and was 9 minutes late because of traffic. She had absolutely no sympathy and turned me away and said she could schedule me an appointment for another day. I’m a teacher and it’s not that easy to get an appointment that I can get to. I would have been more understanding if she had a heart. I’ve been a loyal customer with Banfield for over 2 years now and have adult plans for all of my pets. It’s clear this Banfield location doesn’t give a crap about their customers. Her customer service skills were terrible. I will not be coming back and I will be canceling my plans for my pets and finding a different place to take my animals. This Banfield in particular needs to retrain their front desk staff. The whole interaction was very aggressive from her from the very beginning. I’ve never had anyone talk to me the way that she did. DO BETTER.
