Brought our 14 year old dog in because he stopped eating and lost over 20 pounds was almost lethargic . They asked to run test which would be 150.$ I came back to pick him up and they gave some prescription and said he was obese and should be fine in a couple of days , (did they even look at the dog, skin and bones) .the bill was 650. And he died two days later. DONT bring your pet to this sham of a care place. Shame on you Shamifil pet clinic -I wish I knew were report them -they need to be investigated!

A good experience very body are very loving. From to the front to the back. Very nice. I like how they remember the name of my dogs that are my babies. So.have a beautiful Christmas and a beautiful new year. For my family.

All the staff are excellent. They catch problems in time to treat them. Despite the monthly subscription fees I still save hundreds of dollars each year. I've used Banfield for years and will continue to do so.

I suspected my cat had a uti and called for an appointment. Even though they were full, my information was taken and they even called back to squeeze me in that afternoon! The appointment ended up taking longer than expected but the staff were able to keep me updated while I waited with my kids in the lobby area. Even offered some snacks!! I was floored by the kindness from the front staff. Turns out the cat is fine just old and disgruntled. (I mean, I get it.) Vet gave some recommendations to help curb the peeing-out-of-the-box issue that brought us in. I had hoped for more of a medical answer, but she was very thorough with testing, so I'm satisfied. This place is more pricey than where we normally go, thus the 4/5 stars. But they were otherwise very kind and helpful overall.

I called this office the first time ever about my dog that has a bursted anal gland , needs to see a doctor. I’m trying to find somewhere where I can get her seen but where I can save money because I can’t afford or have the money to pay a lot! However, the lady that picked up the phone said, “she didn’t have time for that right now.” I couldn’t believe that’s how she responded to me when I’m so concerned about my dog. It felt like she didn’t even care.. smh how is it that people like this have a job to care for these loving animals. I wish I would’ve got her name but she was completely heartless!
