They called me 4 times in a row before leaving a VM to confirm an appt. Every time I spoke to them on the phone they were never really prepared with the correct information. When I was at the front desk every person I spoke to contradicted the last person and the next. It was abundantly clear that no one really knew what they were talking about. I just assumed they were new or just training. So I didn’t think too much about it until one woman was excessively rude, jumping into my conversation with to tell me things that I knew just weren’t true, leaving me to have to explain myself in detail over and over in numerous ways in an attempt to get her to do her job, until finally another woman came out and validated my request. The first woman never apologized and even questioned whether I owned my dogs and had the authority to pick them up. On the car ride home i was flipping through the paperwork she gave me going over the exam findings and found someone else’s paperwork with full first and last name and partial credit card info, contact info, etc. and then the second appointment was to get my dogs their booster shots, which was said to have been paid for already at the first appointment. I was told when I made the appointment that I would not owe anything at the next one then I was told at the visit that I don’t owe anything and can walk right out passed the front desk because I was all set to go. And then I got a call saying that they took it upon themselves to rack up almost $70 by giving both of my dogs a shot without notifying me. “Can I go ahead and charge it to your account” after some conversation they say, “okay I’ll leave a message for my manager to give you a call on Monday” when I never heard anything I wrongly assumed that they realized how ethically wrong it is to hold me accountable for a charge that I didn’t approve. Only to find out roughly a month later that my account is in a deficit and will go into collections if I don’t pay it. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if I was prepared to budget it into my month but a sudden $60/70 is a lot after I just signed up for $120 on monthly memberships and $700 for medicine, exams and vaccines.

Was once a great vet, unfortunately has grown into a profit-minded corporation that cares nothing about animals or their customers. Constantly over-booking themselves and bumping pets appointments to accommodate their overfilled schedule at the expense of the pet and their owner's schedule.

Had banfield for my previous dog for years, when he passed I paid the balance, got a new dog and usedbanfield for his vet checkup and stuff for a while, told them I didn't want to renew and got a call to scheduled a dental cleaning before my renewal date, I verified multiple times that I didn't want to renew, the assured me it was included in my current plan before renewal. I lost track of the services i had received and went with their word. Come to find out they've been charging me for an additional wellness plan because I got the dental cleaning. I got my dogs shots and vet treatments elsewhere already and they pretty much trapped me with these payments. I literally feel scammed, don't trust these people's word.

This was the best Banfield I have ever been too. Tiffani, Dr.Anderson, and Dr.Anderson nurse I believe her name was Mia were the absolute best. They were friendly , attentive to my fur baby’s needs, and extremely supportive and detailed to communicate and customer service. I will continue coming to this location to see them and Dr. Anderson. If you have a fur baby, I highly recommend this Banfield! Thank you again Ladies!

How long do you plan to keep raising the monthly insurance premium? We're almost at $100 and you also have to pay for medicine, which is still expensive.
