This has been the best experience at any vet office I have ever been to, kind staff, prompt and straight to my pet Jelly's needs without hesitation. They closed at 5pm the day I had brought him in and I received a call from them for an update around 9:30 PM on my sugar glider. Dr. Stewart truly was doing everything he could for Jelly. He gave very precise details on everything he did, and wanted to do but always asked permission before proceeding. Over the course of my pets stay there Dr. Stewart called MULTIPLE times a day giving continuous updates on Jelly's current state. Jelly unfortunately didn't make it but it was not due to the clinic, he was old and it was just time for him to rest easy. They made everything as convenient as possible for me and Jelly before and after his passing. I am sad this was the first experience with them but extremely happy to know they did everything they could for him.

Mar 27, 2025 · Christian PerkinsEveryone was incredibly kind, and the vet displayed the patience of a saint. I bombarded him with questions about my red-footed tortoise—probably enough to write a novel—and he answered each one without batting an eye. He took great care of Maple, and his staff were just as knowledgeable and welcoming. The office receptionist was also pleasant over the phone, which gave me the confidence and peace of mind to schedule the visit. She also gave me some tips for safely transporting my Maple in the extreme cold weather.
Jan 23, 2025 · LITTLERACERAbsolutely amazing visit for my pet rats Jack and Ennis. Everyone was just awesome to talk to and made it a lot easier on me, a new pet owner, to understand what I need to do for medications for my babies. I really enjoyed talking with Dr. Stewart who was upfront about cost and the potential dangers. The technicians were also just incredible and the one gentleman who explained things to me when I first got there was so polite.
Jun 14, 2023 · René SettleWe took our female Guinea multiple times leading up to her oophorectomy (ovaries removed). We have no complaints with any of the staff. They were very sweet and helping! They always answered our questions and helped us along the way. Our issue is Dr. Didn’t know our Guinea was pregnant when they performed a major surgery… she would’ve been a month pregnant! Her two week checkup (which is how we were told she was pregnant..) we then were told she needed emergency hysterectomy because these babies were not viable. We were questioned why she was pregnant. And even told that the Dr. Didn’t know how it was missed: her being pregnant pre-surgery and post-op..Even though the day her last litter was born we separated father from her! We understand they breed fast but we were not purposely making her breed again!! She would cry and whine if dad wasn’t in the cage with her. She was alone with her pups for three weeks until they were weaned. Day of emergency appointment Dr. Informed us they are actually ALIVE and fine, and that there are two heartbeats.. (Okay.. a suprise..but, as long as mom and babies are healthy it’s okay. )She had three pups today.. but two have passed away within 3 hours of being born. They were not healthy. Momma is stressed but otherwise okay.. we will definitely not be coming back after how the Dr. Handled the situation. We felt as though it was OUR fault she was pregnant again, even though she had babies while we were sleeping and couldn’t separate dad in time. We still aren’t sure how the pregnancy was missed pre-op. It was the equivalent of being in the early 2nd trimester for people.. we may be overreacting but our guineas are very important to us. Just because they are smaller and less common than cats or dogs doesn’t mean we can ignore when they’re sick or distressed. We wanted to review to let others know, especially if they are dealing with rescue guineas… (babies were alive in the photos..)
