Dr. Ponce and her team took such good care of our indoor / outdoor cat Hopscotch for many years. She treated many conditions from abscesses to diabetes to heart problems. Under her care we were actually able to get him into diabetic remission completely! When it came time for Hopscotch to finish his ninth life her team offered exceptionally compassionate end of life care. And a few weeks later we got a handwritten note with condolences from the whole team. Thank you Avenues Pet Clinic for being such good humans!

Dr. Ponce and her team are consistently competent and caring with my dogs over the past several years. I get calls back, efficient medication refills and advice to make sure my aging dogs live their best lives. Thank you!

I took my puppy to Avenues Pet Clinic for his first vet appointment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly kind, calming, and knowledgeable. As a first-time pet owner, I was nervous about how my puppy would react to the vaccines and check-up, but they were so nurturing and patient. They took the time to explain everything in detail and showed a genuine willingness to assist. I can’t thank them enough for making the process smooth and ensuring my puppy wasn’t traumatized. On top of that, their prices are very affordable. Highly recommend!

I am so glad to have discovered Dr Ponce and her team. They’ve treated me and my cats with the most exceptional care. They really take the time to listen and understand each concern. Everyone has been knowledgeable, personable, kind, and patient. I wanted to give a huge shout out and thank you to Emery, Elise, Katie, and the girls who work the front desk. Everyone has been so incredible. This place feels more homey than it does transactional like a lot of places. Each employee is so down to earth and genuine. I have really appreciated their communication and transparency in pricing. Pricing has been very reasonable and I don’t feel like there’s any hidden fees or costs that I don’t know about. I took my Maltipoo, Mia to Avenue’Pet for the first time today. It was such a pleasant, stress free visit. The tech was so friendly and delightful. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Dr Ponce is just amazing. She addressed all my concerns and was so helpful. Their prices are very reasonable. My previous veterinarian charged me 70.00 to express my dogs glands. Avenue ‘s charge was 15.86. The wellness check was also 60.00 less. I feel like I received much better care at a more reasonable cost. I felt like everyone at Avenues actually cares about my dogs needs. I was so impressed!! Thank you for being so awesome!!!!
