Today, I tried to take my bunny because he was bleeding from a broken nail. Nobody was at the front desk, it was locked, and I waited outside for about 10 minutes. It was Sunday, a lot of vets were not open. Finally, the door was opened by an employee. I was rudely turned away as they “don’t do small pets”. They ONLY do dogs and cats. There are cats and dogs smaller than my bunny, and they I begged them to help me just bandage it. They refused. Do not go to this place, they will turn animals away even if it’s simply to bandage up a wound. They might as well take the word “animal” out of their sign if they are going to discriminate. They could’ve provided tips, or offered me a bandage to do it myself maybe, but didn’t even do so much as that.

Nov 17, 2024 · Natalie FranciseI’ve since brought both of my dogs here. Once for my puppy who decided to play with a bee and started drooling after her vet closed, and once for my older dog eating chocolate. Both times I had a wonderful experience. My puppy was perfectly fine, and it’s been a week since the chocolate. Dr Margaret was wonderful, and so were the techs and receptionists who assisted with Cola and Deku. Thank y’all for helping my girls, truly
Oct 24, 2024 · AlexI really wanted to like this place. Had to take my cat here afterhours because she has allergies and her face swole up. She is allergic to chicken and we know this for sure, she had a few lesions on her skin from scratching her itches and the ones on her face were swollen enough that she could barely open her eyes so we talked to a doctor there, while we were there her swelling went down but she gave her some prednisolone, 6 tablets, to keep her flares down until the following week. Doctor said she was the only person in town who really dealt with cat skin issues, so we were excited to have someone who may finally be able to help us find answers as to what else she may be allergic to. The doctor insisted on getting her on a different kind of flea preventative, which is fine, but we had already ruled out fleas. She insisted that cats groom themselves too well for humans to know if they have fleas.. but I've had cats my whole life, some have gotten fleas over the years- I can say with all certainty that if an animal is laying in my lap for hours, and I am combing them, I can definitely see when they have fleas. So she prescribed an expensive food, flea medicine, and we were going back the following week for her to take some blood to determine any other potential allergies-however they called to cancel the appointment because they were still setting up the allergy testing equipment. OK, but in the mean time my cat is still breaking out, so we need to figure this out and get her on some medicine because she is terribly itchy and uncomfortable. I give her baths with skouts honor probiotic oatmeal stuff which helps a little (and no, never see any fleas coming off in the water), I feed her only fish, and a food sensitivities fish kibble, I put topical cortisone spray and ointment on her, and she wears a donut around her neck to prevent scratching and licking the lesions. We finally got an appointment 3 weeks later, at which point they shave her by her lesions, clip her nails (which I can easily do, and often do, at home) and even comb her and there are no fleas - she says "well she must groom herself well because I don't see fleas" -- She DOESN'T HAVE FLEAS! She couldn't even groom herself because she wears a donut on her neck! I don't know why she's so obsessed with it being fleas, I wish it were that easy, I would love for it to just be fleas but IT IS NOT FLEAS. She says to put honey on the wounds. OK But we want to find out what else she is allergic to and STOP the wounds from happening before they happen! not just treat the symptoms. I have 3 cats, they were treated when I got them, they moved straight into a brand new clean apartment upstairs from a store so there are no fleas anywhere- there is not any grass or dirt below us, no fleas in the house, no fleas on the cats, I know what fleas look like and where they live and how cats look/act when they have fleas - none of the other cats are scratching or chewing on themselves, none of them have any eggs or flea dirt, The reason she is itching is because she has food allergies, NOT FLEAS. So we got almost $200 bill - she gave us a spray 60ml for $33 , but it is the same spray we already got from another vet (which we already told her we already had this spray) but the other vet only charged $26 for 120ml , so they charged WAY more for half the amount of the spray that wasn't working in the first place. No allergy test. No allergy medicine or steroid. Just a WAY overpriced grooming. It's crazy. Why treat us like we're stupid and try to prove unsuccessfully that she has fleas, when we already know it's not fleas, come on. At that point it's just willful ignorance. I'm so bummed, if I'd have known that's how the follow up would go, I would've just taken her to her previous vet much sooner! The whole reason we waited to go back there was to do a blood test, because she swore they knew the most about allergic skin reactions/cat dermatitis. She didn't need a shave, she needs medicine. Just throw $200 in the trash and spare your cat the trauma. I would like a refund.
Mar 01, 2025 · angela schroederEveryone in the clinic has been amazing with our dog, Wesson. The love they showed him and continue to show when we go back for his follow up treatments is something I've never seen at a vet clinic. We are so thankful for them and the work they put in to get our guy back feeling better!
Jan 13, 2025 · Stephanie HulingI cannot put into words how appreciative I am to everybody who works at this INCREDIBLE Clinic. Beth, Lacie, Dr. Trumble, and Dr. Hartigan are not only great at their jobs but also have the highest-quality character. Really and truly, they do. They have taken care of my dog (he was a very difficult patient, to say the least, lol) since I moved here over a year ago, and I cannot express enough gratitude for everything they did. Today, Beth and Dr. Hartigan helped me say goodbye to my best friend. Although it was (and still is) challenging, I appreciate how they handled it and helped me get through it. If you want to use a Veterinary Clinic that will give you the BEST possible care and customer service, then I promise you that they are second to none. Thank you guys again!
