Great animal hospital! Reception is always a friendly face as you walk in, the techs are kind and caring, the Dr’s are the best! We love Dr. Mottel he is very special vet, knowledgeable in my Sighthounds. Where other Animal Hospitals were not! He is caring and takes his time to know you pet inside and out! I am very happy here! My dogs give it 4 paws up!

Penny has had Vet care from Ave Animal for over 7 years and I have never had a negative thought. In the case of Extreme emergencies, they care and find a way to best meet Penny’s needs. We have a German Shepard that has high anxiety about avenue animal hospital. However we as owners would never go elsewhere. Dr motel has been my dogs vet for 4 years. And honestly he treats him like my baby. He is not the easiest patient and needs sedation every visit. Dr motel is relaxed And seriously the best vet I have Ever encountered. He makes my anxiety as an owner decrease with his wonderful bedside manner. The staff is always so receptive and answers promptly. The techs who work with my dogs are truly the most brave and amazing people I have met. They always are friendly and wonderful. Avenue animal hospital is honestly Family ! 100% recommend to people !!!

First time visit with my cat, and I know I picked the right vet in the area. Office and exam rooms are clean and the staff are very nice. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Snell. She took the time to answer all of my questions, and I never felt rushed. My impression is that they are very much about the animals and want to make sure they are getting the very best care. She made the follow up call to me to explain the results of the tests.

We have been taking our dogs to Avenue Animal Hospital since we moved to the area in 2018. I cannot praise them enough. Our last dog got very sick towards the end of her life and they were always understanding, kind and went above and beyond every step of the way. Whether it was answering our many questions or reaching out to see how she was doing, it was more than obvious how dedicated they are to their patients & their people. We have been seeing Dr. Snell & she’s fantastic. You can see how much she loves animals with her interactions with our dogs. She never makes us feel rushed or like our concerns are petty. The techs and front staff are all super-nice and so helpful. I highly, highly, highly recommend Avenue Animal Hospital. You and your fur babies couldn’t be in better hands.
