I only give this 1 star review because of the care or should I say the lack of proper care that was given a puppy we took in due to rapid breathing. I made an appointment on a Wednesday for a 4 month old German Shepherd puppy. Dr. Bader didn’t listen to her chest, take an X-ray or anything. He said she was just hot. She was breathing 70-80 times a minute, lethargic and not eating. He gave her her shots including a rabies vaccine and wormed her. 3 days later I had to make an after hours emergency call with one of his partners. He listened to her chest, said she had a significant heart murmur, took a chest X-ray and told me her heart was twice normal size. By that time, she was in congestive heart failure. He told me she wasn’t going to get better from this. We decided to euthanize her. He was very compassionate and I appreciate that aspect. My concern mostly was that she was not properly assessed, was sick and the initial vet may have further compromised her health by giving her vaccines. It probably would not have changed the outcome as she more than likely had congenital dilated cardiomyopathy but it could have been caught a whole lot sooner than when it was and possibly treated. She had been seen there for 2 1/2 months every 3 weeks.

May 25, 2025 · Alisa HillWe had to help our girl cross over the rainbow bridge and they were able to help us on short notice. Dr.Jones was so kind and gentle with our girl. Thank you
Dec 06, 2024 · Lisa RegulaWe went for an emergency on a sat, they’re open until 2pm! The place is clean and the staff is super nice/knowledgeable. Dr Bader is no nonsense and good at what he does.
Apr 16, 2025 · Mrs. GarciaPreviously bought my cat food here. I brought my cat in to get his nails trimmed. During the trim, my cat nipped at the vet, not even making contact with him or truly trying to bite. The vet called him a little bastard and tapped him on the nose with the clippers. Left a really sour taste in my mouth, unprofessional. Have not returned since.
May 09, 2025 · Bailey EagleWas told $150 for dental surgery. And that it would cover everything. Then the day of after it was paid in full they said that to pull the teeth that is hurting the dog that it would be another $113. Do not take your animal here unless you want lied too!
