I have had so many visits especially lately with a multitude of my furkids from the zoo I have at home. Every single experience I have had is incredible. These guys really know what they are doing and I say that because I have had my fair share of vet visits over the last 15 years. And I have never ever had anyone that is up to my standard level. Not only are they up to it they surpass it. I wouldn’t trust my precious furkids who are my whole world with anyone else.

I had a great first visit with Augusta Road Animal Hospital! Everyone was super friendly, made my shy/anxious dog feel so comfortable (slow movements, positive tone, and soft voices), and were very thorough in his visit. I especially appreciated their gentle approach, as my pup gets spooked easily and is fearful of new people, but was quickly befriended by staff. They were very transparent in cost and what to expect for the duration of the visit as well as next steps for his care. The location is easy to find and centrally located in Greenville. They were accommodating in scheduling and timely with my visit. I look forward to establishing long term care with this great team!

I was very worried after moving to Greenville after living in South Florida for most of my life and having to find all new places to get things done like finding a Vet. I have been going to the same vet for 15 years and when you build that trust with someone and your dogs trust them as well it’s very scary to have to try somebody new.. I did a lot of research this past month and trusted my guts, and I decided to give Augusta Road animal Hospital a shot. I was worried because I was 14 minutes late I’m still getting used to driving around around here even though they were only 3 miles from my house trying to get the dog ready and there was a little Augusta Road traffic that delayed me a bit, but they were still able to see me and they were very patient very friendly and very knowledgeable. The place is cute, comfortable, and very clean. It was only my first visit so I will keep you updated on future visits with my other French bulldog as well but so far so good. If you’re looking for a new veterinarian, I would highly recommend this place.

From booking the appointment to checking out, everything was perfect ! The lady I spoke with on the phone said she would get the records from my previous vet instead of making me do it . The vet tech was super sweet and informative and even went out in the cold to catch my dogs pee before we left. When he peed all over himself she took him in and cleaned all his feet thoroughly . She didn't hesitate to do the blood draw and vaccine in the room with me like I asked . The vet was super informative and I appreciate her for giving me more details about my dogs new diagnosis than I even asked for ! Great place and as a mobile dog groomer I will be recommending to all my clients The attentiveness to my dog the entire visit

The receptionist, vet tech, and vet were all wonderful. I felt welcome and that my visit and pup were important. Everyone took ample time to get to know my pup and me. My concerns and questions were listened to and addressed, I truly felt that they all really cared about my pup's well-being. It was a very positive experience.

I absolutely love the care we receive at your office. The level of care is exceptional from every staff member. It truly shows how much you all love what you do and I am so grateful to have your team overseeing my pets' health.
