Recently new to this area and tried this clinic for two of my dogs. I was able to get in quickly which was great and unexpected. Staff is very kind and you can tell they really care about their patients and clients. They called to check in on my dog multiple times after being seen for kidney issues that they helped us with. Thank you from Billy and Penny!

Not a place for cats. New to the area, I went to AVAC with my cat, took me a week just to get in, I had to prepay, I got about 10 minutes of exam time and a WRONG diagnosis and treatment. ($200 total cost, exam room was filthy with fluids on the floor) Two days latter my cat was not doing well, when I called back saying that he was getting worse, I was told that the soonest I could get in is two days. Not willing to wait I went to the Cat Doctor in Federal way, 10 miles away. Was seen the next day, Vet spent 20 minutes checking out my fur baby and giving me a correct Diagnosis. For AVAC, it was not his teeth nor an infection, diagnosis was Chin Acme and was treated with simple steroids, two days later the swelling was down and chin healing. So either it was a misdiagnosis or ?????. Your mistake? Do I get my $200 back? After speaking to the other residents here, AVAC has not been up to par since the new vets bought the place. So I shared my experience with the 300 residents here at the Senior Apartments, and the Cat Doctor has already got three more clients based on my recommendation. See my review of the Cat Doctor.

We have two puppies that are just a year old but they had never been out of the front door of our house. I'm sorry to say my husband had to literally drag both girls into the building. Please note, he had to drag them out of our front door first and into the car. The staff and Dr. were amazing, very patient and understanding. I'm definitely taking them back there.

Brought my yorkiepoo, Coco, in for her first exam! Dr. Heath and all of the staff I encountered were very courteous, insightful and helpful. I look forward to bringing my Coco in for future care and know where to look if I have questions. Thank you!
