Atascocita Animal Hospital

I absolutely love Atascocita Animal Hospital and highly recommend them. I live over an hour away from the clinic and still choose them for my pet’s needs. It is an amazing facility and staff. I know this personally because our miniature golden doddle had an emergency surgery. The staff was competent, caring and professional. I am forever grateful for the excellent care that our fur baby received from Dr. Neal and her staff during surgery and follow-up care.

We started bringing our dogs here after leaving our old vet. The staff is very friendly and I feel comfortable trusting them with my dogs. Kristin is awesome at her job and very informative and Leann is great for grooming!

This is an update. I have been trying to contact Warren Resell, I certainly will not call him a doctor because doctors are supposed to have a code of ethics. My dog passed away last year. He called me with his opinion about what happened without an autopsy. Last November, he lied to me about never seeing my dog before, I've called many times for him to receive my messages then simply ignore them or throw them away. He was supposed to return to this office 2 weeks ago and he was supposed to reach out to me. I have received nothing. All I want is what he told me about my dogs death in writing. That is it. It appears, once they no longer make a profit off of you, you are no longer relevant. I will never use this clinic again.

I took half our pets here and now I wonder if that half will all die one by one. 6 months ago our, then, smallest cat wasn’t feeling himself and so we took him to here like we did his canine sisters. We were assured that after some meds he’d be good but I could tell that the doctor wasn’t confident in what he was telling me. Quickly he declined further and when we took him to a emergency vet we were told it could’ve been spotted by any seasoned vet but by then it was too late. He was dead by the end of the night. My daughter’s best friend was dead. He helped potty train her and the puppies and he was dead. Since his death I have been contacted multiple times to bring in my other pets. Fat chance! I haven’t taken any of them to a vet since because I just don’t trust anyone around here anymore, especially AAH. Their place looks very nice but that’s where all your money goes. Not to training, not to hiring the right people.

I had a great experience here, Staff was nice, work was Great, and cost was very reasonable. My little Chihuahua needed a dental cleaning, and they got me scheduled quickly and got the work done. They did great work; her teeth look amazing. Thank you.
