Can't recommend this place enough. I drive by probably six different vets to get to this one, and it's well worth going out of my way to bring my animals here. For starters, my senior dog was diagnosed with lung tumors from the vet nearest my house, and given only a few days left to live. Devastated, I made the most of every day I had left, but needed to brace for the inevitable. I called my vet and asked for euth and cremation costs and if they offered clay paw prints. That vets' prices were 5x more than this place. A couple days later, my sweet girl passed in her sleep and I was able to bring her body to this vet for cremation, which was so UNBELIEVABLY more reasonably priced, but they include the clay paw for free! When her clay paw was ready for pickup, they called me and texted me, that it was ready for pickup, that they'd keep it safe for me, said their hearts are with me during this time and sent their condolences for my loss. Absolutely over the top service, and empathy. When I picked up her clay paw, they were so sincere and kind and sympathetic. Anyone could've just told me it's ready for pickup, here you go, and left it at that. But you can feel their hearts are fully in everything they do and say. Next, my goats. I brought my entire herd here for vaccines and castration, and they were so kind and knowledgeable, answered every question I had and handled my little munchkins with care. I was able to watch the entire operation and ask questions if I had any. I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciate everything they've said and done in just the past couple weeks I've been bringing my animals here. Highly recommend!

I need to preface this review and make it known that my review is much much more charitable than Hub's would be. I took Nettie to be seen a month ago, she was not eating and crying a lot more than her usually loud self. Her labs were fine and vitals. I felt like a Munchausen's Mom, knowing she wasn't quite right. That was my first mistake. Nothing else was done. I brought her for blood in her urine on Thurs and lethargy. Her temp was subnormal. Ding ding ding, nurse's brain is thinking sepsis. She got antibiotics and we were on our way. However her mucus membranes were pale and her temp was lower than normal. Perhaps there wasnt a murmur auscultated, perhaps there was. 8 o'clock we were taking her into VCA Deer Creek and the vet was busy with an emergency. Hubs stayed so I left after 9 to get some sleep for work. Temp still a little low and vet said she thought Nettie was hurting and that's why her respiratory rate was high and labored. Allen brought her home after midnight. He told me and I thought to myself, no,that's not why but be nice and trust the vet, they specialized in animals. Next morning poor Nettie's breathing is worse and Hubs took her back. I left work in a hurry when they said she was in heart failure, has pulmonary hypertension and effusions. They put her on continuous Lasix and in oxygen compartment, and may stick a needle in her chest to drain the fluid. She had no improvement the next morning so we took her to VRCC for a cardiologist to see her. She was only 6.5 yrs old. She was not responding well enough to continue her suffering, straightaway got that answer. We sent her to the 馃寛 bridge less than 2 hours after arrival. She had fluid and foam coming out of her mouth and nose after she passed. Nettie was not cold because of sepsis but due to heart failure. Never, never, never second guess yourself or what you know about your pet. Take your pet to VRCC if you think something is really wrong. They know what they're doing. The doc on that Thurs night and the visit at Aspen Creek cost us time that could have possibly helped Nettie to be with us longer. Now we are truly heartbroken our once in a lifetime Pretty Pretty Princess is gone too soon. Think twice about ignoring what you know about your family members and get them seen sooner, but be cognizant of where you take them. I gave second chances since our Golden was diagnosed late with Lymphoma. We're all human and we all make mistakes. Unfortunately it cost us dearly. Make sure your furbaby is getting thoroughly assessed and do not wait when you know something is wrong. Learn from my costly mistakes.

Aspen Creek Vets is the most compassionate and wonderful vets I have had. Thank you for taking care of Maja as she crossed the rainbow bridge. What a beautiful box she was put in so we can bring her home. Their dog daycare/boarding facility and the techs are all wonderful as well. I can鈥檛 say enough. Thank you Dr. Erin you made this transition a lot easier and your compassion on a holiday was wonderful.

My chicken was not feeling well. Everyone is so friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Dr Brett was so good at explaining and answering all my questions. He came up with a plan of treatment and made it easy to understand and implement. Thank you guys.

Not only do they give special care and attention when my Bo dog was alive ( and to his current living brother and sister with special needs), the way they help with letting go and the euthanize process is SO comforting. From a quality of life evaluation to the cremation process. Sensitive enough to collect payment when you are comfortable so you don鈥檛 have to cry your eyes out in front of everyone. We appreciate you Aspen Creek and would highly recommend you to any pet lovers.
