I have been taking my pug here sense I got her almost 4yrs ago and I now take my doxin here he’s about 1 1/2yrs old. My pug is and has been pretty easy besides the squirming but my doxin is definitely hard to handle, I do have to muzzle him. Dr Dry is amazing with both of my dogs, she’s also very personable and will joke around with you it’s a very comfortable setting. The font desk & vet techs are also so great!! I would absolutely recommend them to any pet owner!

They took amazing care of my skittish pitbull. They treated her for heart worms with so much care and compassion. When they could tell she was scared, they took their time to work with her to help her feel more comfortable. I would highly recommend them for your pets!!

i am a very busy person, working inpatient pharmacy. my shifts are very long, and i work almost exclusively weekdays with very little time to take my cats to the vet. i asked specifically for a monday appointment for my two kitties as i noticed they were having some significant issues with very stubborn fleas and i felt terrible watching them in such discomfort. they promptly scheduled me in for the next monday. i showed up early on accident for my appointment and was prepared to wait for a few hours, and they still got me back in a very timely manner. the vet tech, i believe his name was joshua, was so very sweet with my cats in getting their weights and information. they’re both indoor exclusively and are a bit skittish around new people. he relayed all information back to me, such as their weights, which let me know that my chunkier cat’s diet led her to shed some extra pudge that a prior vet noted. exciting! dr. dry and her assistant/tech were also absolutely wonderful with my babies. they acknowledged the severity of the issue and established a history with me to determine the best course of care. the doctor noted that aurora, my chunky little orange tabby, had numerous scabs and lesions from biting and scratching her skin. she suggested and administered an antibiotic injection for concern of some erythema around some lesions, which i was extremely glad she addressed. she also addressed some tartar buildup on her back teeth that i didn’t even know about and provided a feline toothbrush kit to help alleviate it! she was thorough in explaining answers to my questions and concerns for both cats. she was very gentle with both of my shy cats, demonstrating expertise in handling of patients with anxiety! reception, kirsten if i am correct, was also extremely polite and a wonderful conversationalist. she made the entire process feel very welcoming to me as a pet owner! i expressed that i felt bad that my cats were in subpar shape, and her voice reassured that i was doing okay. my cats were prescribed a cephalosporin for one cat (broad spectrum injection), two months worth of nexgard topical flea medication, and they both received full examinations plus vaccinations for rabies and feline distemper. my total bill for both cats came to around $400ish, which felt like a low price for all the attention and care my babies received. in terms of outcomes, in just a week, they have both seen beautiful improvement. it took about 24 full hours for all the fleas on them to die off and disappear with the help of a flea comb, some dish soap and water, and my thorough brushing. i’ll be giving them a bath today to get off any dander or remaining eggs. neither cat is scratching or biting themselves, aside from brief normal itches or grooming every few hours or so. aurora, my cat that received the antibiotic, is who i am most pleased with the treatment of. as i said before, she had many lesions that i only noticed a small amount of that dr. dry indicated was a combination of her incessant itching and what could be allergic dermatitis in response to the bites. in a week, many of her scabs i noted before have healed significantly and are hardly palpable. she seems to be in a much better mood, with more energy already to play and run around. she even joins me in bed for love and attention in the morning, whereas she often originally isolated herself to sleep. it brings me such joy to see they’re feeling so much better. i’m hoping that very thorough steaming of the carpeted area of my bedroom will kill any eggs, plus removing and washing my bedding and laundry in hot water. continued treatment will also help KEEP the fleas off and kill the infestation over months. highly recommend the office for well-priced, loving and attentive care of your furry (or perhaps scaled or even feathered) friends. they’ve brought life and comfort back to my angels in such a short time. that is priceless. pictured is aurora, orange tabby, and apollo, flame point!

Met with Dr. Yu for the first time although I have been a client of this practice for many, many years and several different dogs. It has come under new management within the past 5 years and is now owned by a corporation, but I have continued to enjoy great service and great doctors and love the way all staff interact with both me and my dog. They instantly drop down to the floor to be with her and to make her as comfortable with them as possible.

I love them so much! Every visit feels personable and very positive. I’ve seen multiple doctors and they’ve all been wonderful. The front desk staff and the techs are all so knowledgeable and nice, they know soleil and Sasha so well my pups get extra excited when we pull into the parking lot! Feels like a family practice for our family!
