Dr. Tremain is such an incredible veterinarian. I so appreciated the way she advocates for our pet's health, taking the latest research and customizing it to our living situation. Rather than recommending a barrage of costly tests, she realistically talked through the utility of tests in certain situations versus others, and the futility of certain screening tests like genetic testing which may be informative but costly and not change management. She quickly recognized my level of knowledge in regards to pet health and met me where I was at, explaining lab values with enough simplicity to not go over my head but enough sophistication to not waste time dumbing things down too far. Also loved the way she approaches risk-benefit analyzation. Seeing my dog as a hunting dog at high risk of tick-borne illness, she recommended monthly tick prevention since the benefit of preventing tick-borne illness outweighs the risk of lowered seizure threshold in an outdoorsy dog. I admire that her care targets my dog's specific breed and lifestyle, rather than a blanket approach of shotgunning low-yield tests and prescriptions that will make the clinic a quick dollar. She so perfectly balances natural health with realism, taking the time to talk to me about the benefits of nutritionally balanced commercial dog food over trendy raw diets. Even though I only talked with her for five or ten minutes total, Dr. Tremain made me feel so comfortable about the care of my pet. Her staff didn't strongarm me into scheduling the next appointment, but encouraged me to think about the quotes for spaying at Arrow Veterinary Clinic versus other clinics. Even though it'll be ever so slightly more expensive to spay at Arrow Veterinary Clinic versus alternatives, I'm going to choose to continue care with Dr. Tremain because I feel so assured that her heart is for the best care of my pet, and her education and training is top notch that my pet will be in very capable hands.

They are amazing people! We are from TNR Mecosta and they were able to set aside a day for us and spay and neuter 35 cats! There were smiles on their faces and they were so kind to us and they did a fabulous job! I highly recommend if anyone needs to bring their animals in and you live in the vicinity to bring them to Arrow. We drove all the way from Mecosta County because of the great work that they do! You can tell that they truly love animals and care about their clients! *We brought them a treat. They ROCK! Dr. Tremain to you and your staff....Thank you!

Arrow Vet has the type of quality care that I would drive many miles for...but I'm lucky enough to be right up the road! If you live in Lowell it's a no-brainer, but if you're from any of the surrounding areas and you're wondering if the trek is worth it, it is! You won't regret choosing their beautiful state-of-the-art clinic and respected veterinary care for your pets. Dr. Tremain and her caring staff are very attentive and helpful. Everybody is ALWAYS happy and smiling, which makes a huge difference in the overall experience. The prices are very reasonable as well, especially in today's market. I've always been pleased with my experience here and I'm happy to call Arrow my vet!

I love walking in the door and everyone loves seeing Odie the drama queen. It's nice not feeling judge. Odie had major back surgery last October we went in just for a check up and recommended Laser therapy. Hands down after 3 treatments he's walking with less of arch. It makes my heart so happy.

Highly, highly recommend Arrow Vet! They took our pup in when it was nearly closing time on a Friday and took such great care of her. You can tell they really care about the animals there. We have a chihuahua who doesn’t do well with strangers and they did such a good job. We left with a solution and remedy! Can’t thank them enough!
