The BEST clinic!! All of the people working here are beyond amazing. The ladies working the front desk are always extremely nice and helpful. The vet and nurses are also so amazing, patient, kind, and caring. I brought my two kittens in and one is very shy and afraid of everything. They brought in so many treats and got my kitten comfortable before wrapping him up in a blanket and he was so calm the entire exam! Now that I’ve found this clinic I won’t be going anywhere else. Amazing staff I love them!!

So grateful for the doctors and staff at this vet. We're traveling from out of town and called probably 10 normal vets. No one could get us in. This urgent care vet got us in the morning after we arrived to town and had a diagnosis within the hour. While it wasn't the best news, they delivered with gentleness and offered us different options of treatment. Even researching specialists in our home area. Thank you so much for taking care of our girl!

I was a walk in with my cat who had an emergency blockage. The front office was very welcoming and understanding to my needs. The doctor explained what was going on and what needed to be done thoroughly and was very compassionate. The pricing was fully explained and I knew exactly what I was paying for with no additional surprise costs. My terrible emergency with my fur baby became comfortably manageable with this whole team. I would highly recommend!!

We are new to Desert Ark. So far I’ve had a good experience. Location is great. They are fairly new, so it’s clean and doesn’t smell. Prices seem high but the thorough exam and care of our animals might make it worth it. When our 2 dogs and 2 cats are due for vaccines again next year, I may price shop. Having experienced both central phoenix and Paradise Valley locations, I will be scheduling my future appointments at Paradise Valley. They are very patient and I felt much more respected in my decisions. I really appreciated my experience being helped by Mario and Dr Ault.

I am so grateful for Desert Ark. Paws down the BEST vet I have EVER been to and I’ve been to many. The reviews are what made me want to call, the beautiful attitude of the woman that answered the phone is what made me want to schedule, and the moment I walked through the door with my Gus Gus we were met with warmth and kindness. Every person we interacted with during our visit had such a great attitude and soooo much patience! I had so many questions and concerns and needing the bill to be described in detail and not once did Dr.Bowie act annoyed or short. She spent more time with us than any doctor I’ve ever gone to for my fur babies or any humans. Go here. They provide the best care for your fur babies ❤️ we are still working together for a final diagnosis and follow up but gosh, I can’t say how much I appreciate this place!
