Emergency visit and honestly was more than a little nervous after all the pup had been through the past few years. Front desk staff I interacted with (Hannah and Tatiana) were friendly, speedy and just pretty great folks. Dr Minick took great care of us and we were in and out in quickly with a plan. Missed the technicians name but very pleased with how the entire interaction went with everyone!

Above and beyond - everyone was compassionate and took wonderful care of my pup, they truly saved her life (and every pet I saw any of the staff with in the back was being well cared for). Thank you all for the work you do. You’re so appreciated 💜 Keep in mind the cost is that of an emergency veterinary facility.

It is never pleasant having to visit an emergency vet but everyone there was pleasant, kind, patient, and understanding. When the veterinarian was explaining our options to treat our dog or say goodbye he told us upfront that the costs would be comparable which really helped. The whole place was immaculately clean, bright, and had plenty of seating. We left with my dog and medicines for her and although she is better she is not completely well. When her time comes we will definitely go back here. I would highly recommend this place.

1 month ago i lost my fur baby Flash,took his little body to AVECCC PEORIA for cremation and today i tecieved a card in the mail ffrom them. Let me say it brought tears to my eyes and warmth to my heart.. I can not even say how much i appreciated this from all the staff. Thank you for bringing joy to my heart!! This small tooken brings me happiness!! Thank you all!!

We are from Texas and we're traveling by car to California with our 12yr old chihuahua mix, who has a heart murmur. When we reached Arizona he wasn't doing good, the altitude had caused some complications and I called around and no 1 could see him until I called this veterinary hospital and as quickly as I could explain the situation the young lady said bring him in. We got there and within 5 minutes the nurse came out to take my diesel to begin his exam. While waiting lots of fur parents came in with their babies and the whole time every employee front desk and nurses were assisting so quickly and lovingly. I was extremely impressed. Within 20 min we were put in a room and the doctor came to explain diesels condition while our pup was being treated in an oxygen chamber. The whole experience was exceptional and I would recommend this hospital to anyone in Arizona or just passing thru. Thank you for helping us with diesel he is doing better. ❤️
