If I can give this place negative stars I would. And my first experience with them was great! Took my dog in because he wasn't feeling well. They took great care of him and prescribed much needed medication and he will have to be on for the rest of his life. I found that ordering it online was significantly cheaper so I called in to have the prescription written so I can get it filled elsewhere. They have not responded and I am painfully watching my dogs health decline. Please explain why I need the doctors approval to have a prescription written just so I can fill it to help my dog when he was the doctor that prescribed it to begin with.

Everything was sensational, I loved the service, from the reception to Dr. James' care, which was wonderful... he has a gift. Everyone there loves animals, you can feel it... I felt very safe taking my little Mel there! You can go without fear!! Thank you, ARC Animal Hospital. 😍🙏🏼

Dr Sagota is patient and very thorough. He did not rush our appointment, and he really spoke to us about the issues and responded to our concerns. His staff are also warm and friendly and great with our babies. We now bring our most difficult patient here, and he works with her to provide her treatment without sedatives like other places insisted on. I will never go anywhere else. Dr. sagota is our furbaby x 4 doctor, and we trust and appreciate him.

I love love Dr.J. He has taken fabulous care of our Princess, all of her surgeries! He took care of my Dottie when I took her and he consoled me when I was hysterical crying thinking my Dottie was going to die. He’s fantastic and I would recommend him to all my family and friends.
