Dr. Arbitter & staff are absolutely top notch! Dr. Arbitter is attentive & thorough. The staff is warm & loving with the animals. My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes & his entire staff have been so helpful. She recently lost her sight & I am so thankful that Dr. Arbitter & staff take such wonderful care of her - addressing her needs & my concerns as a pet parent. Dr. Arbitter has made quality veterinary services affordable! This office is a wonderful (& much needed) addition to the area!

Hands-down the most awesome vet whom I've taken my fur babies to see; other than my regular vet in Franklin NC. - This is our 1st visit, and we were seen quickly. Their compassion is out of this world! My baby Herbert needed help asap, and his regular vet is closed on Friday. I cannot put into words how amazing they are at Dr. Arbitters office! I can't remember everyone's name but Abby was so amazing to us. Their care and gentleness is way above average; it's outstandingly amazing! Thank you so much, Abby! 💕

Our family met Dr. Arbitter where he worked part time at our current vet office. Last visit there we learned he had his own Office. He was 10 minutes from our home If you are looking for a vet give him a try He has all the qualities your looking for And then some! Moses family

I just can't say enough good things about Dr. Arbitter and his whole staff. They are incredibly kind, competent and efficient as well as affordable. They have helped my three pups through many stages including end of life (pancreatitis, heart failure, euthanasia) in the kindest, most collaborative manner I have ever experienced in my 30 years of having pets. All of these interactions were so much more informative and collaborative than i have EVER had with a vet including discussions about end of life / pallitive care to new puppy health, vaccine schedules, sterilization options, or not, etc. When my sweet old pup got to the point where she had more bad days than good, Dr. A. and I discussed options and agreed it was time to let her go so she could stop suffering. He and his staff so kindly accommodated us to so she could.pass on the porch while the sun set, just like she always loved. Next, my new puppy turned out to have a genetic mutation (MDR1) that impacts his ability to metabolize certain drugs, including heartworm, chemo and anthesthetic drugs but this same pup needed eye surgery for cherry eye. Again, we discussed and Dr. A. adapted his usual surgical meds and kept my pup safe while doing an excellent job for an affordable price. Highly recommend. Dr.Arbitter is the very BEST. He took care of our dogs since 7 years. Sadly he left us in Hiawassee but we will be definitely not mind driving the hour to see him with our pets.
