I was super impressed with how detail-oriented the entire staff was. Very thorough "in-take" form to fill out so they know a lot about your pet before you walk in the door. Dr. Diamond and her assistants were excellent and obviously care about your pets wellness. Also, very friendly and make you feel instantly comfortable and confident that they will get to the bottom of whatever is ailing your pet. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience bringing my cat, Opal, to APEX for allergy testing. Truly the care my cat received was far better than 95% of the physician care I’ve ever received as a human. Our vet tech, I believe her name is Rachel (so sorry if I’m wrong on that!), and Dr. Diamond were incredibly thorough in gathering the background information on her case. They had my cat’s medical records on hand before I arrived, and actually seemed to have gone over them to deduce what has been going on before I walked in for the appointment. It’s clear the team is well organized. I felt so confident that both Dr. Diamond and Rachel were knowledgeable about the proven science behind allergy testing and weren’t trying to sell me some service that would yield arbitrary results. And when they referenced the studies they’ve reviewed that back their methods, they made the complex information approachable and easy for me to understand on the fly. There are a lot of smart people in medicine who don’t have that skill for communication or patience to go through many details so thoroughly. After the allergy testing itself, our vet tech took so much time to go through a wealth of take-home information about environmental allergens and how to reduce them in my home, the medicine my cat was prescribed and how to administer them, and more. I was so thankful and impressed. I even got an email address to use for asking questions to Dr. Diamond after the appointment, which I have already used and she responded so quickly! AND they were all so sweet, gentle, and loving with my kitty

The dedication and level of attention to our senior dog’s health was the best we’ve ever received. Dr. Diamond and Rachel were beyond compassionate, attentive and spent a large chunk of time explaining and listening to our concerns. This is the new standard in veterinary care for my expectations.

We were referred to Apex by VRCC, and have had a great experience to date. They were able to accommodate an emergency visit for our dog, and all staff were exceptionally kind, responsive, and knowledgeable during this time. We received updates throughout our dog’s day long visit, and the team accommodated our need to depart Denver at a specific time in order to drive back to the mountains in advance of poor weather. After our visit we have had consistent follow up from the Apex team via phone and email to check in on our dog’s progress, provide updates on the results of her laboratory testing, and to discuss next steps in her treatment (including mailing us new medication to save us a trip driving back and forth to Denver.) We’ve been very pleased with Apex and highly recommend them!

The team took such good care of our little Olivia during her allergy testing. They made sure we understood everything before proceeding with any testing/procedure. We had thorough discharge instructions and we are happy with the outcome of our visit!
