Never take your babies to this place when you are truly sick. This sweet baby lost his life to their negligence. When I call stating that the antibiotic was NOT working. They wanted to restart the same antibiotic. Called again, begging them to please help my Felix, still nothing. Took him to an emergency vet, he had Pneumonia which caused his Larynx to swell. After 24hrs of treatment, it was too late. I had been put in situation cause of this office to think about Felix’s quality of life. Felix would have been on the road to recovery if this doctor prescribed the right medication when they knew he was having trouble breathing. My Felix is flying high. I was put in a situation where I had no control to help this sweet baby. His life mattered, his life mattered enough to been given the right medication. You failed my Felix.

Everyone is super friendly! I never felt like I was in any kind of rush and there was no wait. It's been the calmest vet experience we've had yet 🥹

On a Sunday morning, our dog got a very painful back injury, we had to take her to a emergency vet clinic. At the clinic they did a quick exam and needed to get xrays in order to confirm the back injury problem. They couldn't get the xrays because they said the dog went crazy when they tried to put her on the xray table. So, they sent us home with pain meds and told us to contact a vet locally. We called three vets to find one that would take her in when we called. On the 3rd call which was Animal Wellness Clinic, they told us to bring her in immediately. We arrived, no wait and went back to a treatment room. The Vet, Dr. Flake and her whole staff were so friendly and courteous. They treated our dog as if it was there own dog. A very thorough exam, and they did get 3 xray pictures, because our dog felt very comfortable around them. Dr. Flake explained the injury by what the pictures showed, gave us instructions on how to care for her. By the way, on the exam Dr. Flake found that our dog has a heart murmur even though this is not the reason we were there. That's how thorough her exam was. Now it is 6 days later and out dog is up and moving around just as she used to do, just not running and jumping yet, but we can tell that it won't be long and she will be back to doing that also. We can't thank Animal Wellness Clinic for the treatment they gave our dog while there. They have gained a new customer for sure with how they treated our dog while we were there. If you want a vet that will treat your pet as you yourself would. Animal Wellness clinic is the place to go.

I would recommend this place to anyone. They are so caring and the staff is wonderful. They made our difficult decision a little easier and were there every step of the way. We appreciate everything you guys do for us!

Love this place. Staff is great with my pets. Prices are the best I have found. The vet is kind and I can tell she cares about her patients and she has answered everything I have asked with kindness. I have only had to wait past my appointment time once in my 5+ visits. I think that is was worth the wait for the outstanding service.
