Outstanding Experience! I have a senior blue heeler that I suspected was loosing his sight. I went to our regular vet and she all but called me stupid. So I went here, well the facility was much nicer than my last place. They have a boarding side and my boy was barking at the dogs playing and no one seemed upset by this. I was curious about boarding and Kerry, the boarding manager came out and sat with me and talked about all they offered there. Well the assistant came out and greeted me and Dezel by name. When she took us back she did so at the ease of my boy. When the doctor came in she was so kind and pleasant to talk to. She went ahead performed an eye exam and sure enough my dog is going blind. Well we have made this our new vet home due to the absolutely wonderful people that work here! Thank you to everyone who helped us and I can’t wait till our next visit

Our George has been going to Animal Medical for years. We love it there!!! He plays three times a week while we’re busy at work and we can always count on them to keep him when we need to go out of town. He gets so much love and attention. They all know him there and I count on them to keep him happy and healthy, we wouldn’t take our loved member of the family anywhere else!

I had a great experience over the weekend with Courtney and Dr. Ruiz. I called about my sick pet and they were able to see him through urgent care right away. Courtney made sure to keep me and my partner updated throughout the whole visit and Dr. Ruiz was very kind and thorough. 100% recommend their urgent care.

I have been a client of this vet for almost 4 years now. After my last visit, I don't think I'll ever be going back. I don't believe this clinic is being straightforward with their prices and are therefore scamming their clients. I was told that dental would cost $700 for my pet. I asked them to get a quote so I could decide. Came back from the back room with a total bill of $1030 NOT INCLUDING POTENTIAL EXTRACTIONS. They wanted me to pay nearly 300 before surgery and another 750 after, despite telling me it would start at 700 before extractions. I have never heard of a cost being so high without including extractions (my family had a dog get 2 extractions for 900 total). I then asked the Vet Tech about getting a full quote with a breakdown so I could think about it. She said she had to talk to the vet first. She leaves, and when she comes back 5-10 min later, she tells me it's "against the owner's policy" to print out quotes. WHAT? That makes no sense to me. She then gives me a POST-IT NOTE with the total cost, and even those numbers don't add up. The vet also barely looked over my dog, as if she had something better to do than look at him. She said nothing to me about his mobility, his eyes, or anything else (for a physical yearly). Dr. Ruiz FYI. Also got charge 6$ for medical waste disposal when there was no waste. But whatever. AVOID this place!

I can't say enough great things about this vet clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. But I especially want to highlight Camryn, the vet tech, who was absolutely wonderful with my bulldog. She was so patient, gentle, and clearly knowledgeable—making my pup (and me!) feel completely at ease. And Dr. Schoenig? Amazing! She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all my questions, and showed such genuine care for my bulldog’s health. It's clear she has a passion for animals and a deep understanding of their needs. Finding a great vet for a bulldog isn’t always easy, but this clinic has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for compassionate, skilled, and trustworthy care!

I had an amazing experience at Animal Medical Hospital with my puppy's vaccine appointment, and I can't thank Courtney L. enough! From the moment we arrived, Courtney was incredibly helpful and attentive. She took the time to play with my puppy while the doctor conducted the exam, which really put both of us at ease. It was clear that she genuinely cares about the animals! Courtney also provided me with clear instructions on when to come back for the booster shots, ensuring I was well-informed about my puppy's vaccination schedule. The level of care and attention given to us was outstanding. I highly recommend Animal Medical Hospital to anyone looking for a caring and professional veterinary team. I have spent the last year+ working with Dr Bishop, Ashley, and Kirsten in helping my dog's GI problems. Their fecal transplant work started because of Faye, and it's truly amazing. It's helped her tremendously, and I am so grateful for their out-of-box thinking and dedication to our little girl. We're forever grateful, and I love working with them.
