The staff is great! They got my cat in to see a vet quickly and followed up to make sure he was ok a few days later - I will definitely be using them in the future!

I don’t normally write negative reviews, you can look at my public profile, but I would leave zero stars if I could. I can’t let my recent experience at this Vet Clinic go. I called to schedule an appointment for my new dog Woody, a rescued 12lb long hair chi mix who has been in my house with 2 kids for 2 months and who we live. I left a message and received a call back a few days later when I scheduled an appointment. When we arrived, Woody was not greeted by staff. I filled out some paperwork while Woody sniffed and whined. After handing in the paperwork the tech approached with an outstretched hand and Woody barked. She asked me to put him on the scale and I told her that Woody doesn’t really like to be on leash when he meets new people. He continues to bark and fuss, he’s scared, but he’s listening to and watching me. The Tech led us back to the exam room where the Vet was standing behind the exam table. He introduced himself to me while the tech bent down to pick Woody up and he barked. I explained again that he’s scared and has issues greeting people on a leash. The Vet then asked me to put Woody on the table and proceeded to muzzle him - my 12lb family pet. He asked me to back away, and with the Tech and Vet sandwiching Woody between them, he inserts a rectal thermometer to which Woody reacted in distress. It was at this point that things shifted dramatically. The Vet asked me, “where did you get this dog?” I started to answer and he he cut me off — Take Him Back. Take him back where? I asked. Admittedly, I was overcome with emotion. I asked why. The Vet said that “this dog” is obviously unpredictable, we don’t know his history, I am giving you my professional opinion based on what I am seeing. Once the exam was completed, the Vet asked me to pick Woody up, unclip his leash, and put him on the floor. I did that and Woody sat and laid down on command. The Vet asked the Tech to tell me about their Happy Days program where they charge you to have your dog come in and get used to the environment. I asked why I or they would do that if think he is dangerous and I should take him back. The Vet said he apologized (he hadn’t) and that maybe he was wrong. At that point I asked to leave (they had closed the doors in fear of Woody “reacting”). While I paid for my service the receptionist asked what was wrong because I was crying. After days of processing and talking to friends, remembering my time with other Vets who wanted to connect with my pets, I don’t think I overreacted in this situation. I can not recommend this Vet to anyone. Take your family elsewhere.

I can't say enough about the team at this clinic! We just arrived about a little over a week ago from Canada and my dog hasn't been feeling well since we arrived, and so we thought it was best to get him checked out. I called this clinic late yesterday afternoon and they were able to see him today. I was worried about taking him to a new vet because he's so reactive, and even though he was a bit aggressive, they treated him (and us) with such gentleness and respect. Thank you so much Caroline and Joanne for your kindess, and Alfie is most thankful too. Sincerely, Pam, Jamie and Alfie

They are always very helpful. They love taking care of my dog Remy and clearly want what's best for him. They always work with my limited budget. It is very easy to get on the schedule. I highly recommend going here with your little loved ones!
