Animal Medical Center of Rome

Today was our first visit to the Vet with our new Yorkie puppy Ozzie! The staff was exceptional! The Vet was really enthusiastic about caring for our sweet boy. Ozzie wasn’t afraid at all and we really were impressed with everyone’s knowledge. Thanks to Dr. Joseph Conrad, D.V.M. and his staff for checking out our new baby! Going back for shots in 3 weeks and I know I don’t have to worry cause Ozzie is in great hands!

Dr. Conrad and his entire staff are the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with in taking care of our German Shepards. Every visit we have our Family is treated like their Family. Dr. Conrad himself is a talented Doctor that looks at every aspect before coming to the conclusion of what’s going on and how to fix it. Our four legged Family members can’t tell us so we have to have a Doctor who has the knowledge and cares. We were Blessed to find Dr. Conrad and his Fantastic Team!!

July 2024, we moved to Rome, GA and our 15 year old cat needed a Vet due to a leg injury. We hadn't been in Rome for two weeks when this unplanned expense happened and I was a wreck to say the least. I made a call to this office as it was closest to where we were staying. WOW.. I STRUCK GOLD WITH DR. AMY AND HER EXCELLENT STAFF. Very down to earth group of people in a lovely clinic that is clean, organized and comfortable for both you and your pet. They worked me in right away and I didn't have to wait long. Very thorough, patient and answered all my questions and concerns. I just can't say enough good things. I highly recommend this clinic for the excellent care and very reasonable cost. I've never had better service or care like I did here! Thank you, Thank You, Thank You! YOU ALL ARE THE BEST😻❤️🙏

Dr. Conrad and his staff were amazing today! I had to take my pug, Delilah in due to bladder stones. I found out she had them on a visit to the ER VET. Monday night. I've had dogs all my life and never have I found a Veterinarian who listened, answered all questions, and made my adult son & I feel very comfortable leaving our Delilah with them next week for surgery! I can't say enough about the time and care they gave our baby & how well they explained what having bladder stones will mean after surgery! Dr. Conrad was Wonderful kind and caring! Highly Recommend!!!!! We're so thankful we found this group! Ginger , Delilah's mama!

Had to take our Bernadoodle for an ear infection while visiting family. They were able to see she quickly and it was a pleasurable experience. My puppy is 7 months old and the tech and doctor made sure that she was at ease during her treatment. If I lived locally this would differently be our clinic. Great Job!

I drive 45 minutes just to come to this amazing vet clinic because of how much I trust them. They always provide great care for my cat, and the staff is incredibly comforting and trustworthy. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend!
