The staff was wonderful! They all loved on the kitten I brought in to see if she was okay. Dr. Johnson was so kind and explained everything so well! I will definitely be back! Here is a picture of my Gary-girl.

Y'all were amazing with my Great Dane Kraken's neuter! Eased my worries and answered my questions. He's recovering very well!

We had a medical emergency while out of town and they took such good care of our Jenna. Very attentive staff. You can tell they really love animals and what they do. The vet was so knowledgeable and took full care of our Jenna. We left feeling completely satisfied and in good hands. The vet even offered a secondary option for urgent care if we needed it on Thanksgiving. Overall would highly recommend them if your pet is sick.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Smiling and so sweet.. Dr Johnson, she was very friendly and treated us like she’s known us for years, I live 10 miles from here but I will definitely make the drive just to bring my fur baby here! Thank you for being so great

I trusted the reviews on this office, after a horrible experience with Elmore veterinary, I love this place my Daisy loved Dr. Johnson, she is an awesome vet I will definitely keep taking my baby to her for both of our dog's. I am updating about daisy and the dreaded cancer diagnosis, which was found by Dr. Johnson, she is a wonderful caring vet, she's working with our oncologist to help daisy, I really do believe that there is a special place in heaven for all of the team treating my baby, any time I need to talk to Dr Johnson she calls right back and I have really bad anxiety issues, and Dr Johnson knows and she takes extra time to answer any questions and put my mind at ease, daisy's tumor has shrank and I will keep her condition updated, even if it helps one person ❤ I wanted to tell this incredible story, thanks to my extraordinary Dr Johnson, who I can't say enough about, we are in our 15th month of cancer treatment and Dr Johnson has been there every step of the way. Daisy is still doing very well, I am going to write a book about our experience to show people that cancer doesn't have to be a death sentence, but there are no words for the support and care given by Dr Johson, I will keep updating our journey as we go 😊 💙 ❤️ 😀 ☺️ 💖 😊 I am posting with a heavy heart, my girl Daisy lost her battle with cancer, she fought hard and we had an extra 2 years, I cannot express enough how wonderful Dr. Johnson and her staff are, she was always there for any concerns, and sometimes she would give her a checkup, mostly to ease my anxiety. I wish I could give them 10 stars, I would recommend them for your fur babies and I searched for along time and Dr Johnson was by far the best, also her staff are so wonderful, they never let me down and helped me with everything I needed for a 2 year battle with cancer, I love ❤️ Dr.J and staff, my forever vet

The team at Animal Medical Center of Hernando has been absolutely amazing with every dog in our pack. They handle each pet with so much care and love, making sure every visit is as stress-free as possible. None of our dogs ever get anxious when we go—in fact, some even look forward to their visits! What really sets them apart is their flexibility and understanding that every pet is unique, with different needs and personalities. They take the time to interact with each one in a way that makes them feel comfortable. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients, and we couldn’t ask for a better vet for our furry family. Highly recommend!

I was extremely impressed. She came down to our baby's level and was super patient. She also answered all questions we had. I felt like a regular even though we were a new patient. If we get this level of treatment every time, we will go here every time.
