Like many dedicated and loving pet parents, we are very selective when it comes to our veterinarians, boarding and daycare facilities, and the people who care for our family members, our unspayed female Golden Retriever, Maja. We have found all this and much more at the Animal Medical Center of Cumming. The people are very friendly, they love all the animals and protect them as if they were their own. They remember my dog's name and make sure she is safe throughout the day and during playtime with other dogs. She is quite sensitive and prefers calmer dogs and they match her with the right kind of play mates. Isn’t that amazing?!!! The prices are reasonable and worth every penny, every penny. Emergency care (during off hours) is unfortunately not offered so we take our dog to Hill Crest Hospital. We would have liked the daycare to open earlier (as it once was), but we make it work with the 7:30am opening, so Maja can see her friends. If you are looking for a fantastic veterinary service, daycare and boarding facility with a fenced outdoor area and amazing people who care for your pet in Cumming, Georgia, this is the place for you. We had an amazing experience at Animal Medical Center of Cumming! All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Dr. Ryan was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my concerns. Yesterday was our first time going there to get a second opinion after our previous vet left us feeling pretty uneasy. Dr. Ryan was gentle and compassionate with my pet, and I could tell he truly cared about animals more than just having my dog have an unnecessary surgery to make money. The clinic was clean and well-organized, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Animal Medical Center of Cumming to anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care that isn’t just after your money. Thank you for taking such great care of Cali!

I brought my golden retriever, Spark, to this clinic and loved the experience. I learned about this location on Google because I was looking for a nearby vet. He was treated for an ear infection. Everyone there was so nice, I wish I remembered names but I mean it when I say EVERYONE was so kind and welcoming! The facility is immaculately clean as well. Thank you all so much. You’ll be my go to vet from now on ☺️

The team always takes excellent care of us; they pay attention to our questions and concerns while keeping in mind the long term care plan of our furry family member! We have been fans since 2012!

We left our golden retriever in their boarding facility for 22 days and she was taken care of with great attention. Their entire team’s fantastic and despite our dog having serious medical issues, all her medications, dietary restrictions and special needs were attended to.
