We can’t say enough about how incredible Dr Andrea Stickland/ Dr Nathan Goodwin (aka Dr Good Hair) and the team at Animal Medical Center of Chandler are! Not only are they outstanding veterinarians, but also truly wonderful people who care deeply for both pets and their owners. As pet parents/patients, I’ve seen firsthand the passion, dedication, and expertise they bring to every patient. A few experiences that stand out were when my pets had sudden health scares. We were a bit panicked, but they immediately reassured us, fit us in right away, and handled everything with such care and professionalism. They took the time to explain what was happening, went over all our options, and made sure all our fur babies (and us) were as comfortable as possible throughout the process. Thanks to their quick action and expert treatment, our fur babies made a full recovery, and we will always be grateful for that. Beyond being incredibly knowledgeable, Dr Andrea Stickland and Dr Nathan Goodwin (Dr Good Hair) have hearts of gold. The way they treat every animal with kindness, patience, and genuine love is truly special. The entire team at Animal Medical Center of Chandler is just as fantastic, making each visit a positive experience. Special shoutout to Jordan who quickly responds via texts from the main line! Our Bichon puppy, Pebbles (9) went to Animal Medical Center with a possible UTI on Tuesday morning. Actually, she had a fairly large bladder stone, blocking the urethra and unable to pee. Based on scans, x-rays and bloodwork, Pebbles was very uncomfortable and had significant inflammation and there was a great amount of blood in her urine. Dr. Goodwin diagnosed Pebbles problem and was sure a change in diet would not fix her problem. Surgery was necessary, and Dr. Goodwin made changes to his schedule, so he could perform Pebbles surgery on Thursday. The clinic staff was absolutely wonderful. Pebbles arrived at 7:45 am and had many clinic staff members making contact with her all day. Dr. Goodwin called us several times, before and after the surgery. The med-tech who assisted in the surgery explained the entire procedure and outcome of the surgery. Soon after, Pebbles walked out of the surgery area with a big cone around her head. The bladder stones indicated a change was needed in her diet. Food for Pebbles was discussed and amounts were shared. We were given pain medication and antibiotics and we were all escorted to our car by another kind and helpful tech. We received a call the next morning. Pebbles had a difficult night until she had enough pain medication in her system. Today she is frisky, taking long naps in between outside time. We are so grateful for Dr. Goodwin’s skills and for the kind and attentive staff at Chandler Animal Medical Clinic !❤️🐾❤️ Linda, Ardie & Pebbles

Last week I took both of my pets in for annual exams and vaccinations. Both visits gave me lots of time and attention and were not only extremely thorough with my pet but also with every question I asked. I don’t feel that they up charged me for anything and we’re even good on educating me where I could get cost-effective medicine and items for both pets. I also appreciate how great they are with follow up. Dr Russek left me a very long and detailed message about my dogs lab results. I’ve moved further away, but will continue to frequent this location because I feel like me and my pets get great care here!

Everyone in the clinic is extremely helpful and nice. It’s a great place to take your pets. Doctors are wonderful. The entire team gives100% to all their clients. They answer all of your questions, even if they are very simple questions. They get right down to the problem of your pet and they are so sweet to your little fur babies

I appreciate this Facility and all of the staff. I’ve never had a bad experience and have worked with four of the different veterinarians. The office staff seem genuinely happy and pleased to work at this facility. The professionalism is great and my dog actually enjoys going to the vet. Any pet owners know that this speaks volumes. I also believe that unnecessary tests are not done and they’re able to get my pet in whenever I call for any concerns.
