The staff here was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took very good care of my 6 month old Chihuahua girl Pumkin Spice. She became very comfortable with them. The medical office is very clean and nicely decorated, the staff even followed up the next day to see how she was. That meant a lot to me. I will be bringing my little ones back here as they treat you like family. God bless the staff at Animal Medical and Surgical Hospital. UPDATE 4/15/2025: I just want to say that Pumkin Spice has healed up nicely and is doing fantastic. She is so full of life and bad as ever, nickname (The Terrorist) Again, thank you to the staff you made me a happy camper and Spice a happy pooch! God bless!

They are a great vet and have been mine for years. They follow up after appointments, they check for alternative assistance and medicine if not able to get seen soon and pet needs some help. They have been patient and understanding and really connect to my animals. Highly recommend

They do an excellent job of explaining testing and treatment options based on health priority and cost, as well as explaining quality of life issues. Took my dad's 16 yr old dog Lulu in with progressive heart failure. They drained 3 lbs of fluid from her abdomen, giving her much needed relief. She is acting 5 years younger now, and we have some more time with our precious Lulu!

It’s hard to move to a new area and your first new doctor visit has to be a Euthanasia visit. Our elderly lab rapidly and painfully Developed cancer. We had to make the decision to let him go. Dr. Stacy was with us through every step. She and her staff gave us time and space to say our goodbye. Beautiful clay paw print to add to our Christmas tree this year. Thank you Dr Stacy

We’ve been with AMSH East since they opened and have entrusted the care of 3 dogs and two cats to this amazing team. They have always been kind, welcoming, and helpful. I never have a problem scheduling appointments or getting answers to questions. They are wonderful about listening to concerns and presenting care options that are reasonable and effective.
