Our "daughter" Tidbit is 15 and has been to several vets over the years, and I must say that Dr. Flower and her staff have been the best by far! I really appreciate their warm welcome and hospitality during our first visit with them. We definitely look forward to them taking care of her for the remainder of her life ❤️ We highly recommend these wonderful ladies and know they will treat you and your fur babies like family!

Dr Showers is the best! We've been to other vets in the area & are pleasantly surprised by Animal House's differences. The entire staff is caring & loving towards all the animals. They are very up to date on diseases & medications to help your pet. I will take all my animals there for the rest of the time I have them! Cannot say enough good things about this place.

This was a very unacceptable traumatic visit and you know I shouldn't have even gone back because I had issues with this old veterinarian doctor when I took my 16 year old blind and deaf dog to her a year ago I'll make this very quick I usually don't visit that's that often my dog is old I do natural remedies and I'm very happy not spending the money on things that I can do myself But Mario needed his nails cut. And I did not know I could go to a groomer I'm just not that well versed so I brought him to the vet First the handling of Mario blind and deaf I keep him on a harness with a leash that is retractable The worker came up to my chair and looked at me and said what are you here for Didn't introduce herself just stood in front of me I said I'm here with Mario and he needs his nails cut And then she said okay and I handed her the leash and then I whispered to her he's blind and deaf No she didn't bend down to pet him she didn't welcome him she didn't try to make him feel comfortable she just grabbed my leash and began to tug on it Now that's okay because he's got a harness on but then she handed it back to me and she says "I'm going to put my leash on him' And I said oh okay why? And then she said this one is retracting When she handed it back to me it was locked and I pointed that out I said well it's locked just so you know it is locked And she was really rude she says well it's not locking for me and for my safety and your dog's safety I'm putting my leash on him If she would have introduced herself she would have found out that Mario doesn't bite he's a very docile old old dog who I actually call my Jesus dog because he's so loving So she takes her leash and she puts it around his neck ya around his neck and she begins to pull on his neck I didn't know what to do and I said well he might not come with you She didn't care she proceeded to tug on him until he started walking towards her luckily the door was very close but when she got to the door because he's blind he turned his head and she went to close the door and she smashed his head into the door I couldn't believe it. Tomorrow is not only old but the glaucoma in his eye increases the pressure in his brain so any type of jarring pulling on the neck is not good for him. She came back out with him everything went well and then she proceeded to tell me he was due for his rabies vaccine That's all she said and I didn't know what to say because I'm like okay that's fine but I'm not going to get it done today but she proceeded to persist and say he needs his vaccine it's due today And I said well can I think about it how much is it She looked at me confused and she said was $33 I said well okay I don't know about getting the vaccine She looked at me again confused and she said well I'm going to have to talk to the vet about that Now I have no idea why she wanted to talk to the vet about that but I felt like I couldn't leave with my dog So in the meantime I'm talking to one of the patrons there and we're talking about the vaccine and I said I just don't know if I should give my dog whose 16-year-old of the vaccine So I looked at her and I was confused I don't know what point she was trying to make it's not that I didn't have the 33.00 And then she finally said and I can't believe she finally said this she said well you know it's mandatory Well thanks for telling me that in the beginning 🤦 Mario receivedthe shot and while I was checking out suddenly the vet herself comes out And this is where it was really unacceptable she proceeded to talk to everybody in the waiting room about rabies She told me that if a bat flew into my house and my dog got bit good luck with that and he didn't have a shot they would cut off his head and dispose of his body Then she e proceeded to tell all of us about what happened in Colorado It's quite obvious she was trying to intimidate me and make me feel like an idiot even though I agreed to have the Vaccin I have the short video on my YouTube channel please support

We have taken our pets to Dr. Ann for at least 15 years and trust her and her staff completely. She has compassion and love aplenty. We travel full time in an RV for the last 4 years and still call Dr. Ann for all our vet needs even from the road. She cares, she understands and she empathizes. We recently lost a pet and Dr. Ann helped us through medical care and the subsequent grief. Because she has always taken the time to know us, she knew what we needed to get through the worst of our loss. We love you Doc!
