4 out of 5 so close to 5 but not there. The pricing is what causes them to loose the last star. I do understand emergency situation equal higher cost but it’s not fair that due to after hours I’d have to pay for emergency costs. But to the actual patient care to staff would be a 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️, they brought her straight to the back as the staff knew the severity of my pups condition. They were not only amazing and on top of caring for my pup but also by my side from the Receptionist offering to make me coffee and gave me snacks to the Nurses asking if we were okay (offering a blanket to my mother who was cold) to the Dr. Cowin talking to me at first with simpler terms of medically information to more medical terms as soon as He found out I was an EMT/Paramedic with medical knowledge. I wanted to thank all of the staff for actually caring!

Make you pay upfront prior to examination. Only one licensed veterinarian in the place, so you can’t expect them to get it right all the time. Prices seem to keep rising while quality of inspection and examination are going down along with outdated practices. They seem to just want people and their pets in & out right away. Expect to get out of the place with hundreds of dollars out of your pocket and wondering whether they did the right thing for your pet. I would recommend going to a VCA or PetCo, much more professional and knowledgeable at those places.

I’m writing this poor review because the experience was horrible. I took a rescue dog in to be examined for concerns and to make sure she was ok. I should have known this place was about money , when they ask you to pay upfront. Not genuine at all. The Doctor spent 4 to 8 minutes with my dog. He didn’t seem to do a thorough Check up. I have 4 dogs and never experienced a doctor like the one we had. My dog must have an eye infection and he didn’t even clean or wash eye out. He examined the ears and also noticed an infection but didn’t even try to look inside or clean them. Honestly I would never have went there if I read the reviews first. This place is a joke. Please don’t waste your time. Your pet concerns shouldn’t be neglected.

I just take mi dog for a infección and he said I have to make a test for 85 dólares when he ready knew mi dog has a infección and he give me 6 diferentes products and I come back home and check the prices he doble the price I found evrithing on Amazon For cheaper prices exactly the same medicine for just Les then. Have I just can’t I’m never going back to this place in less then 5 min he just charge me 500 dollars.

DO NOT COME HERE DO NOT COME HERE greedy doctors who take advantage of the state of your sick/dying pet, this place runs more like a scam than a vet. Don’t bring your pets here!!
