I love this place. Dr. Olson does a really nice job and God bless her vet tech staff. They are all so wonderful. I know how challenging all their jobs are and I sure hope Dr Olson and all the staff at Animal Health Services know how much I appreciate them for taking care of my two big baffoons and also for taking care of my cat Charlotte when she was earthside. They helped me put her to rest last year and were so kind through that process. Sincerely - 2 happy canines (Lucy and Kaiser) and their mom

Upon entering, visitors are greeted by an ample and comfortable reception and waiting area, which also features a retail section for easy pick-up of pet products and supplies. For medical needs, the facility boasts two large exam rooms, providing ample space for thorough examinations. A multi-purpose treatment room houses their in-house lab and dental treatment area, along with additional exam tables and kennel facilities for hospitalized pets, emphasizing efficiency and comprehensive care within a single space. Animal Health Services offers a wide and advanced range of services designed to address every aspect of a pet's health. Their core offerings include comprehensive **wellness and preventative care**, which encompasses tailored vaccination programs, internal parasite testing, heartworm and flea control, and routine physical exams. They emphasize early detection and prevention to keep pets healthy. The clinic also provides essential **surgical services**, including routine spaying and neutering, performed in a dedicated surgery suite with careful anesthesia monitoring. For diagnostics, they are well-equipped with **digital radiography and a full in-house laboratory**, allowing for rapid and accurate test results crucial for timely diagnosis and treatment. A significant feature is their **dental care**, which includes routine cleanings and utilizes a **dental X-ray machine** for thorough oral health assessments, ensuring healthy teeth and gums. Beyond these, Animal Health Services distinguishes itself with specialized treatments such as **laser therapy for pain and healing**, which clients confirm makes "a huge difference" in their pets' recovery and comfort. They also offer **thermal imaging** as a diagnostic tool. While primarily a small animal practice, they do serve a few dairy clients, demonstrating some mixed animal capabilities. Their commitment to managing chronic issues, as noted by a client who navigated "a couple pets through over the years," highlights their dedication to long-term patient care and complex case management.

The defining features of Animal Health Services are unequivocally its **phenomenal staff**, particularly Dr. Kim Olson, and their approach to patient care. The clinic's ability to provide compassionate support, even during difficult times such as helping a client "put her to rest last year" and being "so kind through that process," showcases their deep empathy and understanding of the human-animal bond. The consistent, high-quality care for both chronic issues and routine visits, with clients stating they have been taking their pets there "for years" and will "always recommend them every time," speaks volumes about their reliability and expertise. Hands down the best place for pet care. I have been taking my kitties and dog here for years. Dr. Kim and her team are phenomenal. She is honest, kind, and patient. I feel like she is very thorough and I appreciate that she is straight up about what is going on. She is very nice about it, but she's honest and doesn't overcharge or do unnecessary procedures. I've had some chronic issues that Dr. Kim and the team have helped navigate a couple pets through over the years as well, and they have always been incredible. She also offers laser therapy for pain and healing which truly does make a huge difference too. I will always recommend them every time.

They do good work at an affordable price. I wouldn't leave my animals here overnight and will always go back with them. My friend worked there and quit after a few months when they made her look up a YouTube video to give a dog an insulin shot instead of training her. She also made me aware that the Kennels hardly get cleaned and are often covered in feces. Not to mention that everytime I bring my cat there I recieve her back covered in so much pee that her fur on her back is matted and I always have to throw away whatever she touches and give her a bath.

Kims bed side manner is terrible. She is just plan rude, to the point, with no compassion. Ive now switch to a different vet and will continue to drive the extra miles.

Dr. Kim was uncaring when I brought my Dog in she was extremely sick was told I had no other option but to put her down. I was trying to let my kids know and was on the phone with one of them and saw her in the hallway and she said if I don't put her down she will be dead and my daughter heard her say it over the phone and she came into the room after I hung up the phone and said she was late for a farm call I needed to make up my mind and my dog was in pain. Well Dr. Kim you just told me my dog was sick and didn't give me 10 minutes to comprehend it. You go to your farm call you can't decide to put your dog down in 10 damn minutes!! Very very rude and uncaring never once did she say she was sorry just worried about her farm call! People's pets are a part of the family maybe you should think about being just a farm vet. Not a family pet vet or get some compassion! AKA a heart!
